I got a nice caffeine-free tea and was thankful for the option. They have a pretty large area for chilling or hanging out. I was able to meet with some contractors and plan out the work for the day without being disturbed or anything.
Nice staff, empty inside due to covid, ordered online and it was a few minutes late I guess because their drive thru is so busy. Mocha latte iced are not my thing, will go for a “fraputino” next time :D
We got the sweetest employee at the drive through! You could tell she really loves her job and just wants people to enjoy their drinks!
This has to be the best Starbucks in the whole state. There's a drive thru. The inside is immaculate but cozy. The baristas are accommodating and creative, and there is always a fun new creation to try. Weather permitting, they do a pup party, where you can dress your dog up as a barista. Worth the 40 minute round trip drive when I need to treat myself to a sugary caffeinated beverage.
It was great i got a strawberry lemonade refresher and it was a 10/10 the customer service is great and the employees are very nice.
I rarely ever leave reviews, but Gabbie (Gabby?) definitely deserves a 5-star review. I stopped in to purchase multiple gift cards (10) for Christmas and I can only imagine the process of loading money to each card is probably not the easiest, especially in the middle of the afternoon when the drive-thru line is super long. I felt horrible for having to purchase so many while they were busy, but couldn’t procrastinate any longer. I kept apologizing but she was SO reassuring that it really wasn’t an issue at all. After I was finished checking out, she proceeded to take the time to put each individual gift card in separate envelopes. She was so kind and helpful!
Starbucks in Eldersburg has the best coffee ever! I drink my coffee black with no sugar and the coffee here is the best. Not watery!
