Amazing food and service. The food was some of the best I have had in an Italian Restaurant.
We've gone for lunch many times and always love it. Tonight we went to Cafe Roma for dinner, and it was amazing! Everything we chose was delicious, they treated us like royalty, and the head chef made sure everything was perfect. This is an amazing gem of a restaurant not just for Elgin but anywhere! (Only complaint: It gets loud in there at lunch time but was much better at dinner.)

Delicious food, fast service. Highly recommend the Vodka bow tie pasta and the house salad.
Love their food! The Cesar salad dressing is like no other. And their sausage has a great spice to it. The garlic bread was warm and toasty and the pan farfalle was creamy and cooked perfectly. I can't wait to taste all the other dishes they serve!

There were a group of nine ladies and we chatted for a while and then they took our order. We had delicious food and continued to chat probably for another hour or so. We had very good service and were never felt rushed to leave. Nice friendly quiet place. My first time and I will be sure to bring my husband back. Thanks.

We've been coming to Cafe Roma since it opened. Have never been disappointed. Fried calamari appetizer is crispy not greasy. Pasta is always cooked perfectly. Panna Cotta out of this world! Can't wait to go back.
Cafe Roma has been catering to our establishment for 4 years now. Our Clients, Models and Staff love the food and they will virtually come up with creative ideas to please everyone's palate. If you are ever in the neighborhood, please check them out if you want a great lunch/dinner experience. Their Staff is amazing and so friendly. They make you feel like you are part of a family.
Their Red Thai Chicken Curry soup is amazing! Had that yesterday for lunch while out with a friend. Forgot that we were getting catered lunch at work from them today - we had Mediterranean and everything was excellent.

Picked up lunch for a few of us in the office because this is a popular spot for some of my coworkers. This was my first time and it did NOT disappoint. Very well done, high quality, and FRESH! My friends loved theirs too. Absolutely worth the price - you pay Panera prices for actually GOOD food! The tomatoes and mozz on my caprese were HUGE and i tried the jalapeno bacon as well - do yourself a favor and ADD IT TO YOUR NEXT SANDWICH!
The food is so delicious here and affordably priced. My family and I order from here often enough that the owner knows our name! 😂 We eat from here 2-4 times a month because there’s a good variety on the menu and there is something for everyone!
Went with a group of friends and we were all impressed - not only with the great food (some of us ordered Italian while others ordered fish and steak - everyone's meal was very good.) And what made our experience even better was the friendly, efficient service we received. Would definitely recommend this to ot hers
I ordered it for takeout for lunch. It tasted great and the portion was generous. It even came with a side salad that I wasn't expecting. And I must say, whatever the dressing was, it was delicious. I also ordered a side of cheesy garlic bread. It was on crusty Italian bread and it tasted homemade, although I'm not sure if it was. great
