Shout out to Reid & Jenny! My mother wanted to stop in to use the restroom and grab a bite, but accidentally had shut her hand in the car door upon arrival and cut herself. The staff was extremely empathetic and offered assistance in every way with ice, first aid items, and hydration. Much gratitude towards the staff for their concern, care, and going out of their way to help!
Very slow. Have been sitting in the drive thru for over 15 mins. Still not to the speaker. Have never spent this much time at a chick flia in my life. They also trap you in line so you can't get out and change your mind.
I was quite surprised my order was ready in less than 10 minutes when I ordered for my family, the restaurant was semi busy. When I come back to Elizabeth City, I will have to stop at Chick-fil-A again.
My experience wasn't even at CFA I used to work at CFA awhile back and unfortunately we had to part ways but one day I was At Panera Bread and the Director of CFA Mrs Michelle was sitting in front of me with her husband and I went to get up and my knee almost completely gave out on me and she almost jumped out of her seat to help me out but I was able to catch myself she emphasized how important it was for me to take better care of myself and to get checked out by a doctor this is something I will never forget
Service is fantastic. Dining room busy but staff manages to keep clean, tidy, and ready for next patrons. As always food is hot and appetizing. No better fast food atmosphere in town.
They always have a long line in drive through and pick up inside. I ordered inside to eat there, and the service was fast. It appeared to be fast in the drive through also.I love their grilled chick filet sandwich with lettuce and tomato which has only 320 calories while I am trying to lose weight.

The food was great but we weren't given straws for our drinks.
Always leave content with food and service. Drive thru takes about 40 minutes during busy hours.
