The food here is fresh but I noticed when I ordered thru door dash for pick up that the portion was a bit smaller. The spam.musubi has tamago and I haven't tried that yet but my son said it was delicious.

We had dinner at Hokee Poke for the first time tonight. There was no wait for us.
Our bowls were delicious, seafood on point and sauces rounded them out nicely.
I especially liked the dry toppings - tried the tempura crisps. Nice crunch to our bowls.
We tried one macaron, the green tea one and it was a nice end to our dinner.
Staff were great!!! We will be back.
I was hesitant at first because I saw that the proteins were al getting mixed to gether but my dad says it's good and I trust his taste.

Such a great little place!! If you like sushi, you'll like poke. If you like poke, you'll LOVE Hokee Poke. The staff are very friendly and incredibly patient and helpful with newbies, like myself. I purchased a large poke bowl (5 scoops of protein) with ahi tuna and salmon on white rice, topped with green onions, cucumbers, kami crab, masago, sesame seeds, and dressed with Ono Spicy and Creamy Miso sauces. It was excellent! I was absolutely stuffed by the time I finished--the meal is definitely worth the money. The restaurant is set up like a Subway-- you pick your bowl size and then select the proteins and toppings. The dining area is clean, but small. I went right when they opened and got my meal Togo, but I imagine that the restaurant would fill up very quickly during peak hours.
