Cute diner, nice atmosphere, and quick service! We stopped here after hiking the enchantments! Got a root beer float (A+), some fried mozzarella sticks (A+) and two sandwiches I already forgot the name of (both of which were tasty)! Make sure you get the fry sauce š loved this place!
While traveling from Seattle to the tri-cities we stopped at the halfway point to take a break so we decided to get a bite to eat. We decided to visit the Red Horse and I can say we were very pleasantly surprised. The food was top notch and the service by our waitress Samantha was outstanding. After getting us our food she made sure everything was going well without hovering and making us feel like we were being bugged. The burger and steak fries were outstanding and my fiancƩe absolutely loved her BLT and onion rings. We will be back the next time we are out that way.
Fun atmosphere and so much gas station memorabilia to keep you distracted when it's busy. It took 30 minutes to make our burgers and fries but it was worth it.
I was in town for a book signing and it was a beautiful morning and also my daughter's, who was with me birthday. She saw the retro building and asked if we could take in breakfast there. Very clean resturaunt with a very friendly staff and great food. I ate breakfast she had a burger. Great job! This from the author of The Reckoning of Rance. A modern day southwest take on inheritance gone wrong. My publisher is Reecer Creek Publishing right here in Ellensburg. Be sure to look it up on Amazon, get a copy and tell all of friends, this is this struggling writers way to also get the word out while also giving credit to a beautiful stop for food and drink.
I try to get it as often as possible, if Iām ever passing through. Itās definitely worth the stop. If I lived nearby Iād go more often just for their fun outdoor patio. Food was good, and service was great. Wait was long, but we were warned.
