Well this review was not going to start out with five stars but it certainly made it there. We made an online order that was not prepared upon arriving we were told by a very rude ( I stop myself short from saying lady and my mother wouldn’t appreciate what I want to call her!) employee that more than 5 sandwiches ( which was 3 foot longs and 2 6 inch ) were a catering order and have to be ordered an hour and a half in advance. Well we paid on line so since there wasn’t a mask in sight opted to have a refund. Well the…… employee rudely told us she could not refund to do it online. Ask for managers contact number and refused to give it. Finally dialed it herself and gave us the phone. Now it gets professional, Wayne was there within 5 minutes. Very apologetic , the kind of manager you wish was in every establishment you walk into. Reprimanded the deserving employees ( it wasn’t just one rude one ) personally made our sandwiches and gave a full refund. The one shining employee in the shop was an extremely polite young man named Jonathan. He was awesome . Youngest one in the store and the only customer oriented one. Turns out great, Wayne was amazing food was fantastic as usual and I will be back often for sure. Although hopefully you know who will be employed elsewhere!
There was only one employee working in the whole store name was Mike. He was pleasant and efficient and I don't know why there was no one else but shame on management for not keeping a fully staffed place. The food was good!
I went in for my sons bday dinner and we had about 20 ppl. Angel was by herself but was great, patient and very accommodating. Thank you Angel
Matt was awesome! Great attitude even though he's by himself all day. Kept us smiling and he answered questions to help me make decisions. Lol
He's an asset to your business!
When I'm rarely in the mood for a late night sub, one woman always comes through. I'm not sure of her name, but every night I go, she's there. She is always extra generous in her manners, and goes out of the way to make sure I have a delicious sandwich. The service and food quality makes it one of my favorite spots for a bite before bed.
Would have given 5 stars except for the fact that I ordered 2 salads and they had no forks!! We couldn't eat until we found silverware!! Our nice lunch for a picnic was suddenly put to a halt and we drove back home and ate ☹️
Every time I come in the store lately the same woman is working, and she is probably the best employee I’ve ever been served by at this location. I feel bad I can’t remember her name (especially because she remembered mine tonight) but she has brown hair that is always pulled back in a small bun or ponytail. I’ve come in on a busy holiday weekend and she was there (alone!) but she was fast and friendly as always. Even when there have been other employees there, she always seems to be working the hardest. I just wanted to say thank you to this employee for always being kind and professional, even when I have witnessed other customers be not so kind for no reason. Keep up the good work!
Let you do a mobile order and won't refund you, won't let you speak to a manager and won't let you get your order. There some crooks.

Since this review, the new management that took over has went above and beyond my expectations and has completely made this incident up to me! Very genuine, very kind, very helpful. Definitely will be back!
Called my order in and went and picked up it. It was just a sub nothing special doesn't have that taste that makes you want to go back the next day and get another one. Like it use too
They was no bread except wheat. No soup and that's really what I came for. But I got a 6 inch that was very good and the lady making it was ver nice. Thank you
