One of the best burgers you will ever have. Some of the best tasting fries. And the staff does an amazing job and treats you very well.
Great place to enjoy a relatively cheap, high quality burger and socialize! Their service is quick and my burger was cooked perfectly per request. Super Duper is always consistent with their burgers and i've never been disappointed with their food. The Concord and SF locations are similar in taste as well.
Self serve pickles and condiments were a plus.
Pretty standard burger place. Self serve kiosks are a nice touch for ease of access and quick ordering. Food itself was pretty good! Quality ingredients, but frankly nothing to set the world on fire.

First time here.. I love the Vegetarian Burger. Lala customer service was absolutely SUPERB. Lala need a manager position. She knew everything on the menu without looking. ❤️ I will definitely be back. Also, the Manager on duty was very helpful as well. She welcome me to Super Duper.
I had a cheese burger and it was delicious. Patty was very flavorful. My dining partner had the chicken sandwich and said it was really delicious too. We shared an order of garlic fries and we both loved them. Sprinkled with melted cheese and fresh parsley on top with just the right amount of garlic. Ask for some of the burger sauce on the side, it is perfect for dipping your fries. My partner had a strawberry shake and really enjoyed it. Our new favorite burger/fries/shake place. I also liked their free pickles!!!
Wow, what a gem of a restaurant! The milkshakes are screaming good, the French fries are better than (dare I say it) in n out!
The service was quick and efficient.
Definitely recommend that you visit this great spot in Emeryville.
The food here is SUPERB to say the least! Amazing salads, garlic fries, and don’t forget to get the “double” burger with everything… because a single is just not enough!
One main problem …. is the ice cream cone. I’ve been here many times over the years and ice cream used to be euphoric and delicious!
I don’t know what they did but now it just tastes like (milk flavored ice).
Maybe the machine has been broken down but they used to be the best, now I skip dessert.
