Location makes you leary but don't let it stop you from very tasty meal, huge portions & tasty margaritas. This place is a hidden gem in a funky motel
We love this place. If the food weren't great, the service would have you coming back for more. Fortunately the food is great! We've been hopping around on the menu, and have enjoyed everything thus far, but I had the Enchiladas Del Mar (cheese enchiladas with shrimp on top) and he had the Enchiladas Del Puerto (crabmeat and shrimp) and they were both outstanding. New faves for me, for sure.
Fantastic food, great service!! Ice cold beer, great chips and salsa on the house too. Really great prices too!! A total win.

The food and customer service quality are Exceptional. Next time I'm in Emporia VA I will come back. I had the Ixtapa Fajitas. The presentation was stellar. The taste? Ohhhhh myyyy. Best fajitas I've ever had.
Every year we stop in Emporia on our way to Myrtle Beach, and every year we have dinner here!! So yummy! Huge portions, and you never have a wait!! We will be back!!!

We always stop on our way down to Myrtle Beach, SC. The food is FANTASTIC! I always get #11 with refried beans and rice. Then I get their salsa and pour it on top of everything. LOVE IT!

This place was great! (DON'T let the fact that it's connected to the Day's Inn dissuade you.) The service was quick and pleasant, the drinks were huge, and the food was delicious. We had a great time.
Some of the negative reviews on here don’t do this restaurant justice. Yes it is attached to a Days Inn but aside from that I found it very appealing. The service was good. I had the number three combination. An Enchilada, Chile Rellano, and Taco as you can see from the picture. Did not eat the taco because the first two filled me up. Also had a medium margarita which was tasty. I would come back here again if I’m in town and do recommend eating here. Apparently from the crowd that was in there on a Monday night it must be a local favorite.
