Best customer service in Enfield!! Definitely go here. They're nice and fast. If they mess up your order, they'll fix it with a smile. I went in the evening close to midnight. Thanks for a great experience.
I ordered Big Mac meal for my mother, unfortunately I input the order incorrectly, I called the store and one of the managers Dan G. was able to promptly assist me and correct the error. It was incredibly helpful and appreciated.
The 2 person staff at this McDonalds rocks! Came off a flight at BDL at midnight desperate for some grub on the way home to NH. Pulled into this McDonalds just before 1 am. There was a line up, but it was moving. When we pulled up, a nice voice said he would be right with us, they only had 2 people on staff.
For only 2 people on staff, they did a great job. Food came out hot and fresh and the nice lady who took our money had a big friendly smile for us, even though you could tell she was totally over worked.
Each of these employees deserve a big thanks from management!
