Creative menu with traditional, fresh, and locally sourced ingredients. Perfect central location in Estes Park (next door to a wonderful distillery with great cocktails--the perfect place to wait for a table!). Seasoned has an experienced staff that is invested in your dining experience. Really interesting wine menu that combines lesser known wines for the more adventurous or experience wine drinker, with your classic Napa cab (a delicious one, I might add). Will definitely return!
Simply Amazing gourmet food! The bison was outstanding & my husbands dish...that'll do pig was so tender & delish. Our server was knowledgeable, attentive & very nice. The ambience was very romantic. The Owner went above & beyond to make our 20th Anniversary extra special! We were served champagne as soon as we sat down, on the house, our menus were printed with Happy 20th Anniversary & we were each given a delicious truffle on the house for dessert. Our new fav Estes Park Restaurant.
My husband and I were looking to celebrate our anniversary quietly and simply. On a whim we walked in the front door of Seasoned and were welcomed to an intimate, warm setting with a glass of champagne. "That'll Do Pig" and the bison were perfection on a platter. Our best anniversary meal ever.
Very good food. Very nice wine list. Attentive staff. We started with a splash of bubbles...complimentary. Husbands martini was shaken to order. Make a reservation. It's really good!
Outstanding meal, service and atmosphere. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. The food really stands on its own, so it's refreshing to see all of the other components of a great dining experience come together. We had the smoked trout, olives and cheese puffs and they were to die for. I also had the corn soup, beyond amazing, and the "Three Sisters" dish in which the seasonal veggies were the star. Others at my table had the bass and it looked amazing. I am already looking forward to the next visit, and can't wait to see what the chef does throughout the seasons. Thanks for bringing this caliber of dining to Estes Park!
The owner/hostess and her chef husband have created a wonderful eating experience. The menu items were unique and our dinner was fabulous. The wait staff was attentive without being overbearing. The wine steward was friendly and knowledgeable. All in all a truly fine dinning experience
Amazing cuisine coupled with excellent service! Three of dined and tried the steak, pork and pasta dishes. We shared bites, and the consensus was that all three dished knocked it out of the park. At the end of our meals we had to try the puff pastry and it was sublime. I'd strongly recommend and will be back.
Amazing food, incredible view, and friendly staff! I had the smoked trout, roasted Berkshire and pastry puff they were all amazing, the pork and grits were perfectly cooked. Couldn't ask for a better experience!
Over all one of the best meals I've had from start to finish in a long time.
If you're in the Estes Park area you don't want to miss dining at Seasoned. Their menu changes day to day depending upon what is available for the Chef to create his ah-mazingly delicious creations.
Seasoned is owned by the Chef Rob Correy and his wife JoAnne who works the front of the house along with a very attentive and friendly staff.
Don't miss an opportunity to dine at Seasoned.

A great chef with a passion for good food in beautiful Estes Park! I am a bit bias.
Great bistro just off Main Street! Service is very attentive and go the extra mile to make sure you're happy. Drinks, main course (try the smoked trout) and desert were all fantastic with great prices. Defiantly coming back!

We had a wonderful brunch at Seasoned with friends today. The Bistro Eggs Benedict were delicious. Friends enjoyed Country Brunch and Frenched Toast. The interior is very pleasing with great views.
Rob is an incredible chef .. Everything that we have eaten that Rob has prepared has been nothing short of perfection. So many unique flavors and dishes that make for some of the most memorable meals.
We came here to celebrate my birthday and was not disappointed. Excellent food, attentive and friendly staff, all made for an amazing dining experience. I'm in love with this restaurant! We already made reservations to come back!
Best brunch I’ve ever had, the 10 o’clock eggs are the perfect light meal before a day in the mountains.

Excelent food and service. Simply delicious excelent food.
My wife and I enjoyed it so much we came back the next night!! Love it!
Yummy, quick, quiet and fairly priced. We will eat here every year when we visit on Spring Break.
One of the BEST Chefs in the West ! You owe it to yourself and your family and friends to dine here soon . No doubt an experience you will talk about and crave for many years to come !
We had a fabulous experience here. Nice atmosphere, light music, cute decor inside. The staff were very friendly. Emelia was lovely. The chefs are very gluten/dairy free friendly and you could not go wrong with any choice on the menu. My fiancé loved the pork shoulder and the scallops were cooked perfectly. The food was spectacular. We will definitely be back.
Clearly the best restaurant in Estes Park and one of the best in Colorado, we know of none better. As good as 5 star Mobile and 3 star Michelin we have been to around the US and world. Small but nice menu, every item great. Great outside seating and dining room. Very friendly effective staff. Chef visited our table. Expensive for EP, but worth it.
One of the greatest meal I have had in a while. Super surprised that this humble little gem is standing right here in this small tourist town, I thought this was more like the type of restaurant you’d fine in NYC or LA. Everything was very delicious and unique. I ordered the cheese puffs, smoked trout spread and the main entrance - That’ll do:Pig (pic). I LOVE the smoke trout spread. Tasty, rich, creamy and not too salty, and paired very well with thin toast. So good that I ended licking the tiny spoon that was used for spreading. Also, very nice and warm staffs. Chatted with the chef at the end as well. Totally would love to come back again times after times!
Really great food and wine! An unexpected dining experience in Estes Park. Coming from a big city, I didn't have high expectations about the food scene, but this dinner was delicious. So many great flavors and the wine selection to pair really took it to the next level. Definitely an expensive but worthwhile treat!
I'd recommend this restaurant for a cute, cozy dinner! We went for a birthday dinner and they added lovely personal touches. The food was INCREDIBLE, the menu changes often but I have no doubt every selection would be fantastic. The staff were so nice. Lovely views from a window seat, as it was too cold for outdoor seating early May. We'll definitely return if we're back in Estes!
It was sooo good! We got there at 10am sharp for our reservation and were sat immediately next to a window with a great view. Latte was great, food was awesome. I asked for my Benedict eggs over hard and they were perfect. We will definitely be coming back.
My wife and I were in Estes Park as part of our wedding/honeymoon trip in October 2021. We were looking to have an evening dining out but it was still hard to find places that were set up in less crowded ways with the pandemic situation. We feel so lucky to have stumbled onto Seasoned Bistro. From the warm and professional wait staff to the inspired and memorable dishes, we still comment on our dinner that night. Even though we didn’t have reservations that evening, the lovely staff settled us in at a comfortable seating area with a really good wine and even with that, our wait was only 20 minutes. The first thing we appreciated was how much space was between tables. We were fully vaccinated but still those considerations were nice to see. Looking at the menu we had so many great choices it was hard to decide so we chose to mull it over with an appetizer of trout spread which was so delicious. We ultimately settled on a Duck entree for me and a Fish entree for her. We eat fish and seafood of many types but Joyce had this to say after taking one bite of her dish….”It was fish done in a way I’ve never seen but I never want to have fish any other way again. It wasn’t fish and dumplings as in two separate parts but a dumpling created of fish and scallops combined to form a texture resembled mousse but more depth to it.” We still talk about that dish and can’t stop thinking about how it was done. I’ve searched for any kind of cookbook by Chef Rob Corey but sadly, none as yet. I’ve even tried looking up recipes of fish done like that but no luck.
She and I both marveled at how amazing it was along with everything we tasted there that night. Whenever we get back to CO, it will most certainly entail a trip up to Estes Park and the Seasoned Bistro, even if its only for a meal there. For ref sake, we live in MD where we have plenty of access to fresh fish. Chef Rob Corey and all of the staff at Seasoned Bistro truly are in a class of their own!
My husband and I celebrated our one year anniversary here! Our waitress was extremely sweet and very attentive. Our water glasses were NEVER empty. We started with the Leek&Potato Soup which came in these adorable teacups. The soup was delicious, full of flavor and had delicious, smokey bacon on top. My husband ordered the Rocky Mountain Trout and I had The Duck. The Trout was very flavorful and the dill in the sauce was a fantastic compliment. The Duck was also great, very earthy and unique. The best part of our meal was the dessert, The Hunny Pot, it was absolutely AMAZING. The best dessert we had on our trip. The vanilla ice cream and raspberry jam are homemade. The waiter told us they add baking soda to the top to give it an almost like carbonation feel which was very interesting. It made it almost have a slight pop rock zip. The local Lyon honey was incredible. We would definitely go back and highly recommend.
