Husband ordered for lunch our usual salmon and halibut combo which we split between the two of us. It came fresh and hot to the touch as usual, yummy and crunchy on the outside and moist and tender in the inside. The best in town! So are the fries and housemade ranch dressing and cocktail sauce. Newman’s has been our go-to place for fresh seafood for almost 20 years. We’ve never been disappointed. Thank you, Newman’s!!!

Paired with Water in a Dixie Cup because we are driving.
We both love Newman's the best when we want Fish and Chips. Their fish and shrimp are much fresher. They also have great value, and I LOVE that you can add extra pieces for $2- $3.50 depending on what you choose to add.
Newman's has the BEST French Fries in this area, of any restaurant of any type. They are very consistent, and are always the perfect mix of crunchy outside and soft and tender inside <3
We love going there and getting their three piece salmon and chips. Always great food and the prices are really amazing.

We have been regular Newman's customer since we moved to Eugene in 2004. We go out of our way to purchase fish there when we could more easily buy it elsewhere. The staff are always accommodating and friendly. The fish?….it's the best and freshest!

Yes, once I discovered Newman's we have patronized both locations! I enjoy cioppino! I like most seafood! I have enjoyed fresh seafood from them for a few years and plan to continue.
I love their coconut shrimp fish and chips - so delicious! Everything I've had there had been fresh and tasty.

The salmon fish & chips cannot be beat. Always excellent. Portions are rather large...we always share and add a bit of fish for a very economical and delicious meal. Oyster shooters are AWESOME also.
We were up from CA looking at housing and stopped by to pick up dinner after a day of house hunting. We were amazed at how fresh the fish was and the clam chowder was freakin awesome. We will be back after we move.
I love that the Grotto is in Ferry Street Bridge area and that the Grotto is open seven days a week. Fresh seafood for dinner any night of the week! Convenient and the best tasting fish around! Thanks Newman's.

My daughter and I eat at Newman's Fish Grotto often and wish there was one in the River Road area. They serve the tastiest fish, shrimp and fries! More seating would be nice tho. Peg Webber
