After a horrible experience at the West 11th location I arrived at Pearl and was greeted by Will. He and his staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that I had a meal to take home to my family. Thank you so much!!!! I am a Pearl location customer for life.

So normally if I forgot to pack a lunch I'd walk over to my favorite food truck, but they are closed right now, but I herd that Togo's delivers. I gave it a try... OMG! They made it PERFECTLY. Exactly how I asked for it, no minor mistakes and it was delivered even quicker than the estimated time of delivery. A nice young man hand delivered it on foot. I'm very impressed. You can expect to hear from me again. YUMMMMM.....
