I have been coming here for over a year and my drinks are always consistently good no matter what I get. The staff is always quick, nice, and it is cozy inside. There is also a huge selection and different milk choices including almond, coconut, or even protein blends. Tons of topping choices too. It is also in an area that is easy to get to. I have yet to be served a drink that’s so bad I need to throw it away.. For the people complaining about the straws..there are two sets of straws. The left is small straws and the right is boba straws. This location also appears to be family owned or a small brand..so it isn’t exactly going to compare with the big boba tea franchises with multiple locations that have fancy machines and a full staff..with that being said the prices are much better here and you don’t have to deal with the huge crowd. (Spent almost $9 at a boba place in k-town vs $5 here for the same drink) This location is also one of few boba places in the area. Overall though, it’s still good and I enjoy visiting smaller businesses. Also some of the workers are elderly and one is special needs. Communicate if you have a problem! :)
