Fantastic Chicken. I absolutely love this place. This place is another example of someone finding the perfect formula and sticking with it. As much as I love Chick-Fil-A, Zaxby's has them beat in my opinion. The chicken is perfect. They have great salads and I love the crinkle fries. The fried mushrooms are delicious, as well as the onion rings. Indeed, everything there is great. I don't especially like the kickin' chicken sandwich ONLY because I find it messy and hard to eat. The flavor is fine. I love the insane sauce, but my stomach doesn't. Long live Zaxby's!
Ordered a pickup online, got there on time, so had to wait a few minutes to actually get my order. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
I've always loved your chicken fingers and hope that they don't change and I love you coleslaw keep up the good work.... Sometimes it does take an awful long time to get your food though
I haven't been to Zaxby's in years due to moving to a state where there aren't any. This was a perfect welcome back, the staff was sweet and the food came quick , hot, and delicious. Thank you.
