The manager compensated us for a mishap with the food and apologized and was very polite. The food was great and our waitress was new but visibly trying her best to keep up. They were more than generous and they will have our business from now on!
Our family used to eat at various O'Charley's locations pretty often (usually in Illinois). Inconsistent but too often poor quality food as well as the discontinuation of kids eat free made it easy to start eating elsewhere. After a long day at an amusement park we decided to give it one more try before an even longer drive home. We were pleasantly surprised. It was busy, but we were seated promptly. Our waitress, Tina Turne, was amazing!!! She was really friendly & kind. My daughter asked if we could drive the three hours to come here next time we eat out just to have her again. And the food was great. They were out of a couple things, but it wasn't a problem. Everyone left very happy, so I'm sitting in the parking lot leaving a review to recognize Tina and the excellent Evansville O'Charley's.
Service and food are always good. Change your view and sit on the patio. It's very relaxing.
My wife and I go to O'Charleys almost weekly and enjoy the food and the service. I especially enjoy the chicken tenders, steak and salmon. My wife and I both like the salads, too. Typically the food is consistent as is the service. We almost always have very pleasant experiences. Occasionally a steak may not be cooked exactly the way I prefer, and there are times when sweet tea and unsweet tea get mixed up, but again, we typically enjoy our visits very much!
Love eating at O'Charley's. Love the pecan chicken salad, and the loaded potato soup. REally I love everything about them. Enjoy the Sunday brunch after
church too. Excellent place to meet with family and friends.
Always good food- but extremely disappointed that they didn't have fried pickles anymore. Waitress was a little flighty, but she had numerous tables. She was super nice, though.
Lauren was amazing and very polite! Also was very nice to my son who didn't like his dinner! When we asked if we could get something different and she was very nice and got him something to replace what he didn't like!! Very nice staff tonight! The food was good for the most part however on mine and my husband's food there was a lot of pepper! You could taste the big pieces of pepper on our items. Don't get me wrong the food was still amazing as always! East side did pretty good tonight!!! So 4 out of 5 stars for the food and 5 out of 5 stars for our server Lauren!!!
Really enjoyed eating at O'Charley's tonight. The staff was really friendly and helpful. All of our food came out hot quickly and orderly. I really enjoyed the Nashville hot bbq sauce for my baby back ribs . The restaurant was clean and had reasonable social distancing guidelines. Our server was very attentive and offered great recommendations.
Good food and good service. We went on a Monday night about 5:30 or so and not busy at all.
Very nice experience, staff was awesome and kept up with drinks and whatever we needed. Food was phenomenal.
Just had our 50th Wedding Anniversary reception at O'Charley's 7301 E Indiana Street in Evansville IN. The Staff was wonderful. Management was very helpful in planning the event. The kitchen staff work quickly and everything was prepared to perfection. We had 2 outstanding servers - Heather and Tamarra . They were excellent, friendly and efficient making sure everyone was taken care of.
We are very pleased with our choosing O'Charley's for our event.
We highly recommend them.
We went to O'Charley's Restaurant tonight 5-14-22 on East Side of Evansville. This was our first time to eat here. Our waitress Na was really really great we give her 10 stars for her excellent attention to her customer and never letting our drinks be empty, the food and drinks was 5 stars. The desserts were also 5 stars. We will be back soon. Thanks for the great time tonight
Good food good service. Not very crowded. 5 year old grandson is autistic and has meltdown when a restaurant is to noisy. He did great here. No load music or load conversation. He even ate without a problem. We will go back and take him with us.
