This place is amazing! Incredible food, friendly servers, fair priced, and it's on lake Minnetonka. Best summer hang out in Minnesota. I think everyone should add this place to their bucket list
Maynards is a treasure for the locals. Situated on beautiful lake Minnetonka, the restaurant is staffed with friendly, courteous employees that immediately make you feel welcome and at home. The menu has something for everyone and meals are reasonably priced. I've never had a 'bad' dish here. Their cheese curds are a divine guilty pleasure!
A beautiful place to enjoy lunch on lake Minnetonka. Especially better on a sunny day at an outdoor table. Parking could get crazy on a beautiful day, drivers and people on boats. Meter parking is available a couple blocks away; you will get a ticket if your meter expired.
Great spot to stop and grab some "bar" style meals while out and about on Lake Minnetonka. We typically stop in for lunch when we take the boat to Lake Minnetonka.
The kids love the root beer that they get in a huge bottle, definitely very memorable for them for that reason. The food is also good, greasy, but good. Definitely get the waffle fries with the seasoned sour cream, it's awesome.
The Firecracker Shrimp Wrap was awesome, but the shrimp was definitely a lot more breaded than I expected. Otherwise, the Buffalo Chicken Wrap is my go to here.
Hot spot on a Saturday night…Friendly and engaging staff, looking to satisfy the needs of a bustling crowd looking to unwind. Jimmie took good care of us. Not rushed. Not pushy. Merely good service with a smile and welcoming demeanor. Well spaced, if that is a concern. Fair price, too. Great evening with family, enjoying a brief get together.
We love stopping at Maynards whenever we are working in the area. Usually the cool breeze off the lake helps make dining outdoors more comfortable on hot days. The service is always friendly and super fast. We love Frannie's Chicken Salad. Yesterday we had the Firecracker Shrimp Wrap. It is a huge wrap full of flavor and a little heat.

Biggest warf seating on Tonka. Reasonable food from the freezer although steak bites are always good, drinks are adequate as quantity served is the priority and they surprisingly have bootleg mix on hand, a staple of old nearby country clubs. Great for sunsets and entertaining people watching
Fun place to visit and you can dock your boat outside. I was a little disappointed in the Jimmy Burger but liked substituting the salad for fries. Service can be slow since it's crowded. No hostess, you need to find your own spot but it wasn't hard. Spotted a really big carp in the lake outside.
