I can't say one bad thing about this place!! I think I'd rather eat here then any other place!!
Good Food , Good Service, Friendly people! They know how to train their employees! What else could you ask for?
We always have a great experience at Lionville Chick fil a. I have enjoyed some great memories there on daddy daughter date nights and also painting with my daughter at an event in the past. They are always going out of their way to be a part of our community and don't forget the main reason we love going there...the food! (and the sweet tea too...)
I just wanted to give you guys a shout out!
After each orthodontist appointment my children request and receive a milkshake from Chick-fil-A. It helps sooth the pain!
Tonight after my middle daughter's appointment we pulled up to the busy drive through and ordered a cookies and cream shake only to be told over the speaker that the ice cream machine was broken and they were unable to serve any ice cream or shakes.
Needless to say I was a little disappointed, as was she and to make matters worse we had to sit in the drive through line, stuck with no way out, until all the cars in front of us got their orders.
As we pulled up to the window, free from the line, someone was there with a shake in hand. He asked if we were the ones who had tried to order a shake. We answered we were and he explained that the machine had just then started working, and that he had a shake for us and that it WAS ON THE HOUSE!
WAY TO GO CHICK-FIL-A.
You turned our frowns upside down tonight.

Always crowded and packed. Efficiently managed to get two lines to get the order fast. But once you are in the line and if it get delayed then you are stuck in the line, no way you can come out of the Line. I feel this will be a deal breaker for me if I have to quick grab and go. Park time the service will look like slow. I went there around 3.00 pm and still I have to wait in the car line for 20 min to speaker and another 5 min to pick the order at the window. There was no wait time at the window though, it was quick 30 sec business. Drive through is bit narrow at some points. Otherwise the taste of the food and quality is not compromised except salt was too much on the fries 😞. Dining room is closed and only take out orders (temporarily ) - sep 2021

Lunch time @this location are very busy, Chick-Fil-A has employees strolling through car lines, taking orders with hand-held devices so customers can get their orders fix a few seconds faster - The car line wrapped around the building and spilling into the Eagleview Blvd entrance, which is dangerous and disruptive to traffic, take me about 20 minutes wait on drive-through line……
Resting is based on customer service, which, I must say, was fabulous. Great job to all of them. The food was... Just okay.
Staff was friendly, courteous, and asked if we wanted refills (that is a first for a fast food chain in my book). The manager was there and talking to all who walked in.
The family friendly board games are a great touch.
This has been my primary Chick-fil-A for years. Since the pandemic, they are short of staff and haven't been able to open indoor dining (bummer), which means the line can get exceedingly long during peak demand times. They have tried to work with the space available but it can get a little confusing. Id recommend ordering ahead and during curbside pick up.
Took mom there for lunch (it's her favorite)...drive up line was long (isn't it always?) but we breezed right through inside and were chowing down in minutes. I had the new (limited time) Smokehouse BBQ Bacon sandwich...so tasty I had to eat a second! Friendly staff, fast service, and delicious food...this place nails it!
It was literally like a commercial... I was greeted warmly outside by 2 young men working the car lines. Once inside the guy taking my order was sooo nice! Finally the food😋😋😋 the chicken sandwich was crispy from the first to last bite, waffle fries were perfect. Everything was outstanding!
Until 2 weeks ago we were never in a Chick Fil A. My 2 young granddaughters asked us to take them there. The employees were extremely polite, helpful and the food was excellent! This place is so clean, like no other fast food place! The manager walks around asking if everything is okay and do we need drink refills. On top of that the Chick fil A sauce is excellent with sandwiches and fries. We are customers for life!
Love, love, love this place. The Lionville restaurant goes out of their way to accommodate their patrons. The professional courtesy of each team member is outstanding. The food is delicious. This is our #1 fast food place! Thank you!!!
