Placed our order at 6:10 online; received email confirmation order would be ready at 7:05 for pickup. At 8:15 we were still waiting to pick up our order. What is wrong here? We won’t be back; it’s a shame as we like to support our local businesses-

I’m a doordasher, and have been waiting for my order for 25 mins. I don’t understand why restaurants say the order is ready when it’s not. Than continue telling me 5 more mins when they know that’s a lie. Very frustrating for dashers. Time is money.
