I hate fish! period I don't do it....never will ....those where my famous last words. Absolutely delighted and had to go back for seconds. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat
People were amazing with the crowd. The lines moved quickly. They couldn’t keep up the pace with the cod but it was worth the wait. The food was excellent. Definitely will go again very soon.
Great place to take family that is visiting. All the staff was very nice. It is costly but worth every penny
My first time in Alaska. This was a great place to eat. The sangria is great too. I enjoy everything!
I looove the prime rib there. The crab was amazing too. Didn't try anything else yet because every time we go, I can't get past the prime rib.
A Fairbanks tradition. Salmon was very good. Very family friendly. Also an area, and special menu, for you fur babies. RV parking.
A must stop place if you are a tourist and find yourself in Fairbanks.
Decent food and plenty of it, in a picnic setting. Cafeteria style service with Carving Stations, Lots of variety on the menu. Friendly staff, with the added benefit that there are not a lot of bugs.
There are tables scattered about in the Pines as well as indoor dining halls. You can always find a place to sit and eat.
We've been twice on two different trips and we'd not hesitate to go again.
Peach margaritas were fantastic! We ordered two of the Mother Lodes and split it between 4 people (2 adults, 2 young teens) and it was plenty of food. Salmon was everyone's favorite part.
The food was delicious! Salmon, prime rib and beer battered cod were offered, along with an extensive salad bar, rolls, several side dish options and dessert. The prime rib was delicious and served right off the grill. You have an option of sitting outside on picnic tables under the trees, or inside at dining tables. We were pleased overall and definitely recommend.
The fried cod basket was enough for me to share with my daughter. Piping hot, delicious flavor. Taking home the glass was a perk.
Only open from memorial Day until Labor Day but if you are in town this is definitely a place you want to stop and get some of the best salmon around. Prices are reasonable (for Alaska) we probably had some of the best service we have encountered up on our trip.
