Hot Heads is AMAZING. From where I come.from.we.do not have a Hot Heads, but when I moved here a few months ago they gave me a coupon for buy one get one and they had me hooked. Big portions, pretty fast for casual dining, and very affordable. Comparable to Qdoba or Chipotle, not as big of a selection but for my money it's the better of the 3. The bowls are awesome, and they offer non-meat eaters a menu as well.

The food was fantastic and the employee was friendly, however I ordered online for a 7pm pick up and didn't leave with my full order till 715. So other than the wait, which defeated to purpose of ordering ahead, it was great.
