Overall the food tasted great. Maybe the Nashville hot sandwich is just naturally messy, but I felt like this was excessive. The bottom bun was soaked with the sauce (grease? Lashaya at the Front Counter was so kind and friendly by welcoming my Fiancé and I when we walked in the door. Everyone behind the kitchen were also very friendly and professional. I don't write reviews, but this needed to be an acception.

To service the public your workers have to be in the store. Don't ignore your customers. Probably not a good idea to bring your baby to work at a restaurant. We'll drive to another KFC rather than deal with this again.
