Good. I don't eat here all the time but when I want fried chicken strips and hush puppies I come here. I never really noticed the salt? The chicken strips are pretty big and for 5$ you can't beat it.
We enjoyed our meal. We were looking for a quick bite late in the evening. We stopped in and ordered the fish & shrimp meal and a tenders meal. The batter on the fish and the chicken was crisp, golden and delicious. The green beans tasted great. The Mac and cheese was nice. The manager came out and said high and checked in on us. It was a nice meal and very affordable.
Food a d service was fine but the server said our hush puppies weren't done yet she'd bring them out, evidently they never got done, because we never got them!

The lady at the window is very Snooty, you asked her for stuff for your order. And you get home and you don't have none of it. Very aggravating the one in hamilton is excellent

Such good chicken and sauce. Always so nice and have never gotten my order wrong and I cannot say that for anywhere else. They also usually give u plenty of sauce and more depending on the day. They are always nice and patient and never had any issues with the food only give extra.

I'm not a big fish eater but I love their fish and chicken livers. Excellent food.
Good food, but a little too much pepper, in my opinion (not spicy pepper; more like white pepper). Also, it seems as if the quantity has declined since I was first introduced to them in 2021. Prices are steep, unless you get one of their specials. The employees have ALWAYS been pleasant and the service has been outstanding.
What can I say but that this is a hometown landmark. Love going here and have for years. Great when it's Lent or any other time of year when craving a fish fry. Hushpuppies are also delicious. My recommendation is to have the Seafood Platter and get a bit of everything. My Dad always got the livers and gizzard if he didn't get shrimp.
Jocko's is a Hamilton/Fairfield classic, chicken and fish is always good. Similar (but better) to a famous recipe but family owned. Prices have gone up recently but that's to be expected. Value meals are a great option for yourself and family meals are available as well. Store isn't always the cleanest in the dining room but I suspect that's more due to the clientele then the staff, kitchen always looks clean.
A staple to obese residents throughout the town. Look out arteries we’re heaven bound.
The food was excellent. It was hot tasty. The chicken breast wasn't dry which can sometimes happen. And the rolls were so light and fluffy. Will definitely go back ans definitely recommend. The only reason I gave atmosphere a 3 is because I went thru the drive thru.
Drive thru service was a bit slow. However the young man that served us was polite and kind.
First time here, had the fish fries and hush puppies and drink, it was good.
Every time I come here everybody is extremely friendly! Especially the manager she is so sweet! No matter how busy they are, or short staffed they are still nice, and the food is always good! Thank you guys so much.
