We ordered a lot of food and they were kinda busy, but I always check to make sure we got everything. My husband went in and told them they forgot to give us the 2 orders of Lg stuffed jalapenos. They apologized profusely. They gave him the 2 orders of jalapenos. They were very polite and courteous. For that I give them 5 stars.
Good and fast service. Everything on menu is small sized so ordering any other size or curly fries means paying extra on top of the listed price. Bathrooms and parking are available. Offered Military discount.
Awesome food! Loved it! Oreo shake was a little too thick, but was still tasty. Everything else was tasty, including the tacos! Will definitely go back for more.
The staff is very friendly and professional and the place is kept pretty clean. The only reason why I gave them 4 stars is because some of the items are priced so outrageously $3 for 3 jalapenos poppers? $2.20 for an egg roll? Corporate needs to revisit some of those items and fix the prices on them

This is a great Jack-in-the-box staffed with amazing people. The service is quick and good is good, but most importantly they really care about their customers. This is my grandfather's "coffee shop" and he spends a lot of time there and the staff has grown attached to him. I spent time there with him recently and found this is how they treat all their customers as I watched them interact with people in the drive thru and at the counter.
I will be visiting this location every time I'm in town.
Great food, and the tea is super sweet. I remind the number 1.
First time eating this, 4 stars because of their poorly designed cups. Styrofoam is the worse! Food was pretty good
