Jean and her staff are wonderful. They made my cupcakes and smash cake for my baby’s first birthday. Everything was excellent! The staff provided exactly what I was looking for. I will always come to Cupcake Castle for all of my functions. Thank you 😊
Used them for our wedding, the cupcakes and the setting turned out phenomenal. She also made our cake to cut and it turned out perfect. I was so happy with the final result! The guests absolutely loved them and devoured them. I ordered 11 dozen and only about 2 dozen were left by the end of the night. For a smaller wedding of 100, I'd say that's a success!
I love Cupcake Castle! Their products are superior and tasty. The cupcakes are excellent with a good variety of flavors. Their cookies are exceptional! I truly do not understand the previous review that gave Cupcake Castle ONE STAR??? Get serious. This place is none of what that reviewer said. The owner, Jean, is professional and honest. She always strives to keep her customers happy. I see that she offered to discount the cookies that the unhappy person ordered....and used. What a shame there are haters.
BRAVO, JEAN, FOR AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT.....COOKIES, CUPCAKES, ETC. They're ALL good.....very, very good! Keep up the great work!

Cupcakes are amazing! Been going here for years! Cupcakes are moist and always delicious. Have had many different flavors and never had a bad one! Owner is so lovely! Anytime I need cupcakes this is the place I go. The best!
My family has been going to Cupcake Castle for the last 6 years since she got recommended to us and have never been disappointed. We have had every single birthday party catered for there. We’ve ordered cake pops, custom made cookies and cupcakes and don’t forget the awesome cakes. We pop in regularly and absolutely love Jean and her staff. Thank you for being in Fairlawn and looking after us.
THE best shop for cupcakes!!! Always fresh, other cupcake places have an after taste as though they've been frozen. The owner is AMAZING and treats you like family. I love how there's always a table set up for kids to decorate whenever they want. This place deserves way more than 5 stars. Look for events on the Facebook page, something seems to be going on, especially around holidays. There's also a room for kids birthday parties in the back, which is a great idea. I frequent this place a lot, sometimes more than I care to admit, but it truly is the best for cupcakes. If you have a dog, don't forget to pick up his/her pupcake as well!
These cupcakes were fairly good. I got a red velvet cupcake. The cake was moist and not dry. these cupcakes are good, but one thing brought them down. the size. they are just a tad to big. but i do recommend.
