Honestly this was the best meal I've ever eaten in my entire life. Service was great and friendly. Greeted by the owner at the door who checked in with us several times thru our meal. He takes extreme pride in his restaurant and you can see it in every inch. We had the raw bar which was amazing, truffle fries, hoison wings, seared sushi grade tuna, and fillet mignon with blue cheese butter and the chocolate mousse truffle cake was heavenly. The wine selection was vast and accommodating to wine connoisseurs or beginners and the hostess and waitresses were helpful and knowledgeable in assisting us with choosing a good pairing with our meals . It was a truly wonderful dining experience in a great atmosphere with delectable food. I highly recommend it.

Made reservations after seeing this on phantom gourmet for a birthday dinner for my father. We used it to finish our vacation on the cape and i have to say it was most likely the best meal I've ever had. The pork belly bites are to die for, the tuna tar tar is phenomenal. I had the cod and clams which was by far the best fish dish i have eaten. My father had the stake frets he had them medium rare (which was cooked perfectly all the way through) it all tasted amazing. He had some drinks which were nice. We finished off our meal with the home made ice cream and s' more mason jar all made from scratch it was great. I cant say enough about how wonderful this place is; I've only talked about the food so far but the wait staff was amazing as well, vary courteous and friendly answered all of our questions and made sure we were taken care of. I wish I remembered our waitress's name so i could give her credit for her work. I will definitely be coming back here in the future.
This was one of the best meals i've had in many years. The thai calamari and gruyere mac and cheese were spectacular (the tuna poke was kind of mushy and bland). The sushi grade blue fin tuna and the halibut were also outstanding. One member of our party is a vegetarian and the chef made up a plate of four different dishes for her, all of which were great. Pricey but worth it.
We celebrated my parents’ 50th anniversary here this weekend. The food was exquisite. Everyone in our large group couldn’t say enough great things about the meal. Service was also top-notch. I highly recommend!

Excellent service, delicious food, fabulous place. I have been wanting to go there for a long time. It was worth the wait and every penny. Four of us enjoyed four different entrees and sampled each. All of us were impressed with quality, creativity and taste. Wine list and wine were great too. Can't wait to go back.

We had our anniversary dinner there....can’t say enough about the incredible food and service. I had the filet and honestly, it might be the best one I’ve ever had and was cooked perfectly. We will be back...it’s definitely worth the wait!

Such a great place in Falmouth! By far some of the best food and service we've experienced in the area! This will be a regular spot for us. Try the short rib and the hoisin wing appetizer! So amazing!

Finally got to C Salt after being a Falmouth business owner as long as it had been around. Amazing food! Fresh, fun, and delicious! I recommend to all fine diners!

CSalt is our weekly go to favorite. Whether for a casual meal or celebratory dinner, there is just no reason to go anywhere else. The food is fabulous, the service always amazing, and the ambiance comfy cozy. California dreaming on Cape Cod.
Food and service were excellent! Loved the open kitchen as well. The scallops and halibut entrees were so good I am going to have a hard time trying other things! Octopus app was fantastic as was the cake in a jar dessert. Will definitely be back here!
Best brunch ever! And I eat a lot of brunches and at some great restaurants (in major cities). Chicken and waffles were amazing. Home fries were like I have never had extremely soft in the middle with a crispy exterior.

I'm reluctant to give a review because I don't want to wait for a table. Best restaurant in town. From the great staff to the amazing dessert, everything was perfect. Five stars aren't enough.

We were warmly welcomed to this cozy restaurant and seated immediately. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable, anticipating everything we needed without being at all intrusive. We loved being able to see the chefs at work. The menu was exciting and the food exceeded our expectations. Everything – appetizers, drinks, dinner, and dessert – was delicious and beautifully presented. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
Tiny but great food and nice staff, the bouillabaisse was absolutely amazing!

I think me and my boyfriend spoke with the manager last night we told him they have to go on foodnetwork on like phantom gormaye or triple D’s our food was amazing!
Have been twice with my wife and we have been more than pleased. The food is phenomenal, service is attentive and the atmosphere is relaxing! Can’t wait to go back again.
Food was outstanding and so was the service. I had the lobster lo mein special and it was unique and delicious. Will definitely be back!

Great place to eat when in Falmouth, MA. We did some Glamping and got a recommendation for dinning at this place. Both the food and the staff are amazing! It is a bit pricey, but worth it. Definitely a must next time we visit.
Great meal with friends at C Salt. Good selection of appetizers, were we had the calamari and pork buns. I preferred the calamari. For the main course I had the tuna and my wife had the salmon. Both were made to perfection. Deserts we're good, but not the highlight of the meal. Service was great, our waiter Craig was attentive without hovering. It is a small venue so reservations are recommended.
This is my go to for a wonderful date night or celebration. Food is incredible, service is top notch, atmosphere is great. An all around wonderful place for dinner. *2020 update. C Salt is a restaurant that continuously reinforces it's reputation as one of the TOP restaurants for fine dining on Cape Cod. For more than 5 years whenever I come, I have never been disappointed, always impressed, and left happy. Thank you!
Good, but not amazing. Food quality (taste, cook, and texture) we’re all top notch. Presentation left a lot to be desired. Wait staff was uncertain about some menu items (unable to describe dish) and the younger bus people were gruff and untrained. The day was suffocatingly hot and the indoor temperature matched (a/c didn’t keep up, plus having an exposed kitchen didn’t help). So while the food was very good, the extras didn’t match the menu prices.
Holy moly ravioli!!! This place is a 10/10 all around. From food to service you will not be disappointed.
Excellent restaurant. I have gone three times with my family and have never been disappointed. I have had the tuna steak twice and the steak once. I also have celiac disease and they were always able to accommodate me. They have a great wine list. Clearly they have a Sommelier working for them. I live over 2 hours away and try to make the special trip once a year. Make sure you make a reservation! If you don’t they may be able to squeeze you in when they open or close but don’t count on it!
My wife and I celebrated her birthday dinner here. We love the cozy setting and the attention to details. The service was great and we enjoyed our appetizers and meal. We highly recommend coming here.
Small, quaint and EXCELLENT. This is my second visit to this fantastic restaurant. Don’t let the small space fool you. The food is quite excellent and packs a big punch of yum! Open kitchen, friendly staff and delicious food. If you’re on the Cape definitely pay a visit to this place. I would definitely make a reservation during season because they definitely get packed. The chef is also the owner so you feel the passion in every dish that is served. I would definitely recommend as an app the calamari. I had the Tuna this trip and my husband had the ribeye and both entrees were superb! Be mindful my husband had medium rare and my tuna was rare so if you over cook these items they might not be so tasty! The espresso martini is also quite amazing that was my dessert!
Loved the atmosphere and decor. The drinks had awesome presentation and were yummy but a little weak. Had the focaccia bread as an appetizer. It was delicious. Got the hanger steak and chicken parmigiana. Both were very, very good. Dessert was chocolate mousse and it was also delicious. The waiter was awesome and we felt relaxed and never rushed. It was a little expensive but worth putting in our rotation. We both enjoyed this restaurant very much and will be back.
