I'm from Winnipeg and a friend told me a few years ago that I must eat at Mezzaluna the next time I visited Fargo. Well, my high expectations were well exceeded. Without hesitation, our dinner Saturday evening was one of the best meals and dining experiences I and my friend have ever experienced. Our server Olivia was so friendly and very attentive (as were the bussers) and the restaurant itself had us in awe. The designer of the space did an exceptional job at mixing modern design elements with the original heritage features. I started my meal with the prosciutto-wrapped shrimp which were nestled on polenta and drizzled with pesto cream and sun-dried tomatoes. I often eat shrimp when dining out and this appetizer was easily the best shrimp dish I've ever ordered. My friend raved about the Italian style meatballs, and she very much enjoyed the chicken with prosciutto. I enjoyed the chorizo-stuffed pork loin with apricot-cherry sauce and the most delicious sweet potato hash that just melted in my mouth. We finished our meal with the crème brûlée which was perfectly paired with a drizzle of raspberry sauce. We both can't wait to bring our partners to Mezzaluna and will be spreading the word to our friends and family here in Winnipeg. Well done, and thank you for a wonderful dining experience!

The staff is incredibly warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable about their menu. The Mezzaluna Burger is incredible, the happy hour price makes it a steal. Throughly enjoy spending an hour or three at the bar with a glass of wine and company. Absolutely fantastic.

Very good food. Good whiskey selection. We got into our reservation right away. There are a lot of gluten free choices. Even the deserts are. I had seared scallops and walleye. Highly suggest coming here.

Higher end place to dine. Very clean. Not overly priced especially given the quality of their food. Definitely would go again. My husband and I both got the filet mignon and couple appetizers that were also delicious. The dessert was okay. Overall a great experience and excellent service per usual. Recommend giving this place a try if you have not yet.

Enjoyed wonderful drinks, great service and amazing food. I haven't had quite a mea like this since being back in the states this place is a treasure. We had the Duck Breast, Duck Confit Carbonara, Burrata and Seared Sea Scallops. Drinks were and Old Fashioned and the Vesper.

The facade of the building can deceive you. Very simple entrance but once you get in, ambience is on spot. Food is great. Definitely worth a visit.

Eating the cuisine here is like a fantasy experiencw. Your dining here is easily worth driving long distances to self-indulge yourself and those you want to impress. If you have money to jet here, yes....you need to add this to your flight plan. Worldclass hostess, attentive friendly wait staff and even more special divinely plated cuisine. Give this chef a Michelin rating.

We made our reservation for 7:30 on a Friday night. It was lively and it filled up nicely during our time there. I am definitely happy we had reservations. We started off with the Blackend Shrimp for our appetizer. I liked the spice and the presentation. Next, she had a Ceasar Salad and I had the Soup. I recall it was made with red pepper, chicken and cauliflower. That description doesn't do it justice. For entrees she had the White Pesto Bucatini and I had the Citrus Braised Short Rib. Afterwards, we had the Flourless Chocolate Cake. From the moment we stepped through the door to the time we left, we had one of the best dining experiences I can recall. Impeccable service and absolutely delicious food. Can't wait to make it back to Mezzaluna again!
