The young lady at the cashiers was very helpful she patiently waited while my family and I were trying to decide what to get and was very helpful with us in picking our orders she was very sincere and very attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu when we asked questions I would recommend that location to all my friends and family great service
This location on Midway Rd. calls itself the Austin Eatery. Not sure why because the last time I checked, I was was in Farmers Branch. Anyway, I wanted to try something new, or new to me. I had the Fiesta Style with chicken breast on jalapeno bread. Schlotzski's has always had great sandwiches so I wasn't disappointed with this one. It comes with cheese, olives, red onion, and chipotle peppers. It was in a word, delicious. The mild spice was complemented by the mellow olive to combine in flavor heaven. I am hard-pressed to say the Fiesta Style takes the place of Schlotzski's Original as my favorite but it runs a close second. Stop by any location and try it for yourself. Schlotzski's- hard to spell, delicious to eat. I think we have a new slogan, folks!

The cashier was very friendly as well as the cook. 1 of the best sandwich I've had in awhile.
This one was miles ahead of the other schlotzsky's we went to today. Crumbs on the table, but that's expected during lunch time at a sandwich shop. Otherwise very clean and offered sanitizer at the entrance. Overhead lighting was a mix of warm white and cool white, which felt a bit odd 😆.
