My food was good,sandwich was excellent and the soup out of this world service was great.

I just want to say what amazing help I had here today with my son. Your employee Deb went out of her way to help with my son and get him a highchair. She was very sweet and made sure to say bye on the way out. Thank you so much Deb!!
Was pleasantly surprised by this Panera. It was all solo females working on our laptops, so I felt safe getting up to get napkins and what not without guarding my stuff. Staff were super polite, my only issue was that the broccoli cheddar soup was watery
Over all my experience here was ok the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because the salad isn’t fresh and it’s also not the one that I wanted from the picture I saw. Our soup was great my daughter got the broccoli cheese and I got French onion we also got a steak and white sandwich I liked it my daughter didn’t. The young lady at the register had only been working for 2 days she was very sweet and friendly and went above and beyond to help answer my question keep up the great job because we need more people like that in customer service. The assistant manager was also friendly and helpful.I got a refund on the salad and they were very helpful on doing so. They also need to get their drink machine fixed. Over all the restaurant is clean

Had a great experience at this location. Minor issue but Dante quickly resolved the issue. Things happen all the time, it matters how it is resolved. Great, polite staff from ordering to receiving my order. Clean establishment and the food was excellent. Would definitely come again.
Looks like THIS Panera is back! (Was a bit rocky these past couple of years.) I'll be back.
Great Customer Service Brandi. We ordered Cinnamon Crunch Bagel with cream cheese, Triple Chocolate, Strawberry Banana Smoothie, and Kids Chicken Noodle Soup. The smoothie and soup took a while but it's worth the wait.
First time eating here was amazing soups are delicious and they sandwiches omg I would definitely recommend 10/10
I give 4 stars because I wasn't the one to go into the facility to look but I'd give the service 3 stars. We ordered pickup online and when we got there, my boyfriend said no one was up front helping but the orders were there on the pickup rack. We ordered/paid for a cookie and they just put a sad face on our receipt saying "sold out" instead of someone offering a replacement. We also didn't receive our drinks as there were no cups. So, we paid for more than what we got. The items we did get tasted great !
Food was prepared quickly and was tasty even though they were out of avocado. Panera has the BEST chocolate chip cookies.
First time going. It was ok. The sandwich was delicious and the Mac and broccoli soup was just ok. Tasted like Velveeta and I'm not a fan of Velveeta. The staff is wonderful they are so nice and helpful.

Lately the drive thru lines have a bit of a wait time today I waited at least 15 mins on food I ordered on the app.
