I have been using curbside and a few drive through orders. No waiting with curbside. Just order, drive up, and tell them you're here in the app. If you have a large order you can arrange it in your car without worrying about holding up the people behind you. People here are so courteous and professional. Their chicken just tastes better!
Not to downplay the food, but fast food chicken is fast food chicken. It's their customer service! It's always a pleasure to hear "thank you" and "It's a pleasure." Sometimes customer service gets lost.
It's always busy here but the service was fast! Chick-n-Strips, Spicy Deluxe, and sweet iced tea were delicious. The waffle fries lack seasoning and Mac & Cheese tasted a bit sour.
Very nice folks working there they gave a menu to take with me and all of the staff were extremely pleasant, good natured and jovial. I noticed that it was busy, but not because of staff. There are just a whole bunch of people out there who love chick-fil-A
Food is always on point! And the employees are professional & respectful. There is always a line BUT it moves quickly & worth the wait!
Great classic chicken sandwich. Hands down crushes the other fast food purveyors. Great processing of drive through line.
Love Chick-fil-A! Definitely faster than all busy fast food joints combined! 50 cars or not ahead of ya, this place hands out your order fast! When I get hungry, I want to eat like now, not later!
