Got our order via door dash and it was missing a very important item. When I called and spoke with Devon, he was sincerely apologetic and rectified the situation for us. He went above and beyond. We will definitely be back. Food was fresh and delicious! Thank you Devin for providing excellent customer service to us. It exceeded our expectations!

Thomas is an awesome GM. I had an issue with the app and he corrected it immediately and with a smile. His demeanor and appreciation for this location is the reason I come back to this store.

I love Arby's and would gladly eat there more often. Unfortunately, I'm rarely near one. Today was a good day as one was close. I love their food and the service couldn't have been any better
I went to this Arby's during lunch time and ordered a combo. When I got back to work, I realized they had not given me my fries. Even though I didn't have a receipt, I called and talked to Teresa, the manager, who told me to come in and tell them that I had talked to her and they owed me a combo. So the next day, I went in, and Teresa was there. She gave me a combo the same as I had the day before, and I couldn't be more pleased. She was friendly and efficient, and the rest of the workers (both times) were very friendly. Everyone makes mistakes, but it's great when there is a restaurant willing to keep customers by taking good care of them. I WILL be going back to this Arby's, and have already told several people about my great experience. Keep up the good work!!
Unbelievable Service from Jacob & Bethany!!!!!!!! They deserve huge raises!!!! Increasingly professional!!! Great personality!!! Overall great people!!! Delicious food at 11:30pm. I will be back just because of these Incredible individuals that are employees at this location!!!!!!!
Been visiting Arby's frequently since offering their Gobbler Turkey sandwich which is stacked high with favorable and moist white meat turkey breast and a delicious cranberry topping that makes this part of an outstanding and tasty meal. Hope they keep this as a regular part of their menu.
This is the best fast food location in Fishers. The people working there are friendly and can connect on a different level than a normal fast food interaction. I will continue to go back for both the food and the friendly people.
