Flint Bishop is a great airport. It’s just too bad that these airlines keep merging and pulling out of these smaller airports. Southwest bought AirTran and immediately started canceling direct routes from Flint to Florida. The airport is great, but the airlines are doing their best to cancel routes and make flights way more expensive. These mergers suck. I hope Spirit, Jet Blue, or Frontier can be convinced to give Flint some new routes.
The Flint airport is one of the best examples of fine service that air travel has to offer. While traveling out of the Flint airport, connecting to Chicago, we had a travel mishap that was rectified by the kindness of Flint airport employees. Only a small airport could have helped in the way we received it. They were able to give us a personal touch that is so lost in the massive hubs. If you are considering flying into Flint, I encourage you to do so! You will not be disappointed—the staff are so friendly and helpful there. On top of that, with two trips in a week flying to and from Flint, I didn’t have a glitch at all getting through security. There was no wait either time and we made our flight with no problems. I couldn’t be happier that we flew into Flint instead of driving from a larger hub. I only wish the Flint airport were in MY hometown so that I could fly from there every trip! Thank you so much for turning our disaster into a VERY happy ending.

Bishop International Airport takes care of it's customers. The process flows from check in, through security, gate waiting area and boarding. The long term parking area is well monitored, with bus picking you up and transporting to the terminal. You need not worry about the delay in being picked up in long term or delivered back to long term once you return. Bus is prompt and extremely accommodating.
i took a flight on 3/3/17 to 3/5/17 and it was a great flight with friendly workers and great chicken for you to enjoy during your layover.
Yes, I will continue to do my business at Bishop International Airport also rather than drive far to reach a flight.
It's a short drive to Bishop International Airport in Flint Michigan, from our home in Goodrich Michigan. I prefer to fly out of Flint, specifically for that reason.
Bishop has well lit, convenient parking lots, for both short and long term parking.
I have always received excellent service at Bishop Airport, and never encountered any problems or damage to my luggage!
I encourage my friends and family, to always fly out of Bishop International Airport. 😊

Shoutout to the amazing economy lot shuttle drivers around 5pm yesterday (2/12), not only did I not freeze but they helped me get into my car and jump started it. I really appreciated all the help. Super awesome service. Keep up the great work!
Great example of what a good regional airport should be like early in the am- they had TSA pre check open at 4am as well as bag check - everything smooth, unlike MCO, SLC and all NYC airports

I recently traveled on Allegiant Airlines through Flint Bishop Airport to Savannah, GA non-stop. The airport is only a 40 minute drive from my home up I-75 and it was a very pleasant experience! I reserved my long term parking online at Parking.com and then just drove into the lot and walked into the terminal. The airport is modern, efficient, clean and has a great staff. My flights to and from Savannah were excellent and Allegiant is a well run low cost airline. This is the first time I have ever flown Allegiant and out of Flint Bishop Airport. As opposed to going to DTW and flying Delta, I saved a great deal of time, money and stress. My trip was completely without issues thanks to the great people at Flint Bishop Airport and Allegiant! I am going to use the same combination for my next trip South in September! Many thanks to all!
Great Airport smaller and clean always great Service and consistent on gate placement of planes easy to navigate through… TSA always friendly and thorough I was in a panic after losing my ID this has never happened to me and I didn’t notice it until right as I was checking in with security they were very helpful and accepted other multiple forms of identification with practicing proper safety protocols to ensure I was still who I said I was on point and always friendly and helpful! We fly OFTEN and FNT is a great airport!
Ah yes, the Bishop International Airport. Their post-security snack shop is stocked with everything you may need for your flight (e.g. pepto, goldfish, ear plugs, nasal spray, honey buns, funyuns, jelly beans, fruity tooties, you name it). Interesting fact about Bishop: although it has the word international in its title this airport actually only services flights to 13 cities all located within these United States. No doubt I'll be flying into/out of BIA again someday.

Nice, small airport. Limited flights out. If you like beer this is your airport as there are 2 different breweries represented. Easy in and easy out. Affordable close parking
I dropped my sister off at this airport. The drive to the airport was an easy, very direct route. Signage is very good for getting to short/long term parking, the terminal and the exit.
The grounds are absolutely lovely! It doesn’t look like you’re pulling up to an airport!
And it’s very clean.
