Loveeeeee this place! Never had a bad experience here. The owner & staff are great and they really get to know their customers. There's always good variety, they have great weekly specials. Best place in Florence for frozen treats!

Loved Scottyboy and Britt when I was visiting SC from TX a few weeks ago! I even got the nickname 'Texas'. Lol! Very good people and even better treats! I will be venturing out there again!
Great tasting and the staff was really friendly. Kids loved the Italian Ice. Crazy good!

Ritas Blendiritas are amazing. I get a sweet flavor (not fruit flavors although those are amazing as well) like smores or iced coffee or vanilla (only flavors I've had so far) with twist custard and heath bar and it is AMAZING. I am addicted.
Excellent product with outstanding service! I love the way the flavors change regularly and can't wait for open season to begin!

The best ice you will ever find. We were so happy when they first opened and just excited to go there as soon as it opens.

After talking about Rita's "wooder ice" for a few hours, decided to Google locations close to me. I was heartbroken to find out the ones near me (in NC) closed down. Being a Philly implant in the south sucks sometimes when you want a little taste of home and can't find it anywhere!
I took a 2 hour drive (4 hrs total) to this location just to get some, and it was SO WORTH IT!! Not only did we have a cool road trip, but the staff was nothing less than AMAZING! Despite being busy and me ordering a large amount to take home, no one ever got annoyed or stopped smiling once! I was able to bring some home to my kids and they were ecstatic 🥰
We will be back for sure! Keep up the great work y'all!

Wonderful selections. the staff is very professional and pleasant. Wish they had a drive up window or curbside delivery.

Rita's Italian Ice is AWESOME!!!! Such a great treat to have, especially during the SC summer heat!! Family owned and operated business, with such friendly and nice staff. One time the owner gave a little girl another ice cream cone for free because she accidentally dropped hers on the sidewalk and to me that is the definition of great customer service! If only everyone had a heart like that, the world would be a better place! Keep up the wonderful work Rita's!
