It's been so hard to find a truly great Thai place since I moved to the area. But Simply Thai was amazing! We got fried and fresh spring rolls, the beef jerky with sticky rice, Pahd Thai, Garlic Chicken, and a Curry dish that I can't remember. Everything came out hot, tasty, and super delicious! Everything was also noticeably fresh and flavorful.
Although it's 45 mins from my house, it's totally worth the drive. We will definitely be coming back!
We moved back to Alton after living all over the US. Knowing good food, we have been eating at Simply Thai for 6 years. Just a short drive across the bridge, and worth it!
Best Thai food around truly authentic. You can't go wrong with any of the dishes. The Thai Chili Stir fry is unbelievable

Good food. Good service. The Penang curry was tasty and pineapple fried rice was also very good. Medium spicy was perfect level. We are vegetarian and they made sure everything was without fish sauce.
STUNNING Thai Food!. From the outside this place doesn't look like much. When you walk inside, it's very clean- but still doesn't look like much... HOWEVER when you taste the food you will be in love! The service is wonderful and the Thai food is incredible and extremely authentic. Absolutely lovely Pad Thai- easily the best I've had in the St. Louis area and the Stir Fry with Cashews is addicting! If you live in the area, you *have* to check it out!

Great Food, Great Service!!!!. I have eaten here at least once per week for the last year and it is always consistently outstanding. Always fresh and more flavorful than any Chinese place, and you feel energetic after eating not dragging like after eating Chinese. Try the Tom Yum with noodles.
Simply awesome!!. This place is amazing, I love their food and their service is always fast and friendly. Definitly a step up from other restaurants around florissant. Its the perfect place for a date, meal alone, or a night out with my family. Their food is amazing, I have yet to find a dish on their menu that I don't like. Thanks Simply Thai for being delicious!!
Ive been there 2x and will b going back many more times. Cant believe ive been sleeping on this place. I feel sorry forfolks like Deonte who maybe needs more culture in his life and Elle who's missing out because theyre not technological enuff for her. What a shame!
THE best Thai food I've ever had. Been coming here for years. And I recommend those that are looking for CHINESE food......GO TO A CHINESE restaurant!!!! I mean, it's called Simply THAI for a reason! Just saying. I love this place though!

I finally got back to them earlier this week, and, as always, the food is fantastic. The new place looks great, and everything was clean and bright.
I don’t know the proper name for what I had, but it was glass noodles with vegetables and chicken, and it was not spicy, which is just how I wanted it. It was great.
My friend had the red curry with beef, which came out beautifully plated, and he said it was really spicy and really good.
The vegetables in both dishes were crispy, but not overly crispy, and the meats were tender. Everything was super fresh!
Oh, I also got the Thai iced tea, which is always excellent.
The food at this place is delicious. New location, same delicious dishes. On my last visit I ordered the Stir Fried Garlic with beef, level 4 spice. This has been one of my favorite dishes for years. They don’t have any delivery options (that I know of), so I have to make the trip to pickup or dine in, but it’s worth the trip.
The food can be ordered with published spice levels from level 0-5, with level 0 = No Spice, and 5 = Very Hot Spice. They also have a unpublished list that allows for spicier dishes. For example, level 10 spice can be ordered for someone who is more adventurous.
Great Thai in Florissant located a bit further north than the other than joints. This place is really good, but I love Thai food so come try it for yourself. It's like a healthier version of Chinese food.

Best thai food in town. We ordered the papaya salad, chicken larb, drunken noodles and mango sticky rice. Yum yum yum to all of it. It was very authentic, spice level 2 was more than enough for me. The sticky rice was my favorite as was the larb. Must try if you like thai. We will be back!! The service was excellent too.

I LOVE how they use fresh spices in delicious entrees (and appetizers!) that are prepared by an authentic chef! The food is presented so elegantly. This is my FAVORITE Asian food in St. Louis, MO! FABULOUS Customer Service with a Smile; every time I take someone to this place, they become addicted to this fusion. I don't blame them, this Thai food ROCKS!!!!!
The food was amazing! Authentic and perfectly spiced. Even ordered items not on the menu and they accommodated us. Probably the best Tom Kha in the region. Don't let the location run you off...I almost skipped going in because of that and it would have been my loss. Definitely headed back soon!
Super delicious and affordable Thai food. We had three different appetizers and three entrees and everything was wonderful. Fresh, flavorful ingredients and a good spice level. The restaurant is small, but very nicely decorated. Can't wait to come back and try more of the menu!
So tasty and love the new location. Hadn't visited in while, but glad to see it's still offering great dishes! We had ref curry chicken and pad Thai. Both were so good. Staff were very friendly ☺️

Outstanding Thai food! This is their newer location after moving from their original but don’t let this small footprint restaurant fool you. They make plenty of classic Thai dishes. They are also excellent at catering to any allergies or dietary restrictions!
I will drive to St Louis to get Thai food from this restaurant. It is delicious. Tastes just like Thailand. So authentic. I live 2 hours away but will drive here to get their food. Awesome team and customer service. Good is always fresh and hot.
A clean, intimate dinning area greets you when you walk in, although many people choose to carry out as well. My food is always fresh and seasoned well. They provide an extensive menu (with pictures) and can cater to any level of spicey preference. Vegetarians will also find a number of dishes to chose from. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I come here with family and friends. I highly recommend this restaurant.
