Not a long wait at all. The staff was super friendly and the customer service was on point. The only drawback was the parking lot was a little difficult to maneuver, but totally worth it. I highly suggest going here.

The #dollar50scoops night was EXTREMELY busy however all of the associates were PATIENT and serviced my group of SEVEN swiftly!!! Wednesday was a great night we all enjoyed ourselves!!!
Used the drive thru. Interior was closed for remodeling. The banana split I purchased was absolutely delicious.

The young woman that helped us to make a perfect choice of ice cream dessert for my birthday did such an incredible job!
You may think that it's an easy job to just scoop up ice cream, but there is so much more to this job! When someone enters the door, they are greeted with a smile and a hello. You stay with the same person as you decide what you want. (This isn't as simple as you may think either!)
They will give you as many small pink spoons filled with deliciousness as you ask for, and you don't even need to make up an excuse to get them! So, hold on to that story about "your grandma made your favorite kind of cookie batter and the ice cream tastes just like it" or a story of how "when you were a child, you always got the bubble gum ice cream and you wanted to relive that feeling now that you are (insert number here) years old" because you don't need a story! They will give you a taste of any ice cream you ask for, willingly!
After you've tasted all of the choices you are trying to decide between (or just reminiscing with), you will have the harder choice of how to have it served to you. Yes, you can just get a scoop, but... What kind of cone? Will it be coated with chocolate and sprinkles? Will it be a traditional cake cone, sugar cone, or a choice of several waffle cones? Maybe just a cup. Or a shake, malt, sundae, cookie...? The choices are almost mind-boggling!
Never fear, your BR guide is right there for you. They can make it how you want it, and can give you the best suggestions to make your experience better than you imagined when you walked in the door! So, trust them. They will tell you if they aren't fond of a flavor you ask about, or if mixing the two flavors you think would be a groundbreaking invention to tantalize the taste buds of all Americans would be a disaster.
And remember, this is Baskin Robbins... Enjoy your self and get some good ice cream!

Ice cream is good hands-down. I ordered from them two days in a row and I didn’t receive any utensils with my orders through Door Dash. Other than that it was wonderful.

I've been going here since 2009 or 2010. It's usually clean, and the workers are always nice! One lady who's working there has been there since before I first visited, I think.
No carry-outs or eat-ins due to the pandemic.

On Mother's Day at 8:20 p.m. line was wrapped around the building to the street. Took us 25 minutes which was not too bad considering. Items purchased were great as usual, but received pralines and cream when I ordered cheesecake with cherries. Should've checked my order. Good thing I like pralines and cream.
We ended up at this location, instead of one closer to home due to the type of cake we ordered. The drive there was terrible, but the employees did an AMAZING job with my baby's cake! Not only was it gorgeous, but it tasted fantastic too! And even though they did not sell dry ice for the drive home, the young lady that the counter could tell us exactly where we could get it right down the street! Thanks again ladies YOU ROCKED!
It was a pleasant experience. Due to not having a Baskin Robbins in my area, I have to stop when I see one. I get a single scoop of black walnut on a cake cone. No surprise there. What is a surprise is it's over $3. Well worth it. It was delicious!
First time having ice cream there; I got the 3 scoops of chocolate fudge ice cream and it sent me on a chocolate rush but I'm not complaining. Most definitely would go back to sample their other flavors.
Customer service is good! The ice-cream delicious with a nice selection of cakes inside. Inside parlor is small & the drive through is a bit of a tight squeeze. Other than that great place to get ice-cream.
