Went to the one on Lindbergh, and went inside to get some gift cards for my granddaughters teacher. was greeted by a young lady that was very pleasant. I decided to order a chicken sandwich , then ask for the honey mustard to put on the the sandwich, when I tell you this was a game changer. The chicken was cook to perfection. The place was clean and service was very fast. I would give them a 10 if I could.
The staff is always quick and friendly. When it gets busy the owner also jumps in and assist. Great customer service! Always worth it
The people here deliver a good Chic-fil-A experience. I go here for lunch a lot and it's often fast enough that I can get in and out and back in time. Everyone is nice.
We initially went through the drive thru but my daughter wanted to eat inside for her birthday so we decided to go inside. I wanted more fries and before I could even finish walking to the counter they had my order and got it fast. The table behind us got up and left. Someone was cleaning up that area, even moved the table to sweep. It was clean, friendly and hospitable!!
Long line, super busy, did mobile order to table. Took a bit but food was hot and whole order was perfect down to condimemts and napkins.

This was first time at this location and probably my third time at any location, since I'm not a frequent guest it would have been helpful to be able to view the menu prior to ordering.
Used app to order large order. Order was accurate, fast and hot ! This location never disappoints!! Update: location consistently provides great customer service and food is always fresh. This location brings the crowd but you never feel like wait long for your food. Keep up the fantastic work 👏
Wasn't feeling my best so the chicken noodle soup did the trick! It's hearty & delicious, I'll definitely be ordering again!
Can I just tell you that Ms. Chenika NEVER misses! Some skills are taught and some are just natural. Her level of customer service is just superb. She's pleasant, polite and always serves with a smile. Don't let me forget about Mr. Chris in the booth! He was so kind and pleasant as well. My meal was good and great service makes everything better. Thank you both.
