They food is fresh, hot and delicious! The staff was very professional and quick! The potato salad was the absolute best that I've ever tasted! The ribs were tender and so flavorful! The wings were tender and flavorful! Omg 🥰 The baked beans were a little too sweet, but that's just my taste buds. The spaghetti was yummy also! We live in the city, but I will be back!
So we tried the food for the first time tonight and it was very delicious. We ordered to go my husband co worker told him to try it. I ordered the jumbo shrimp my son got the double cheese burger 🍔 my husband got the sweet and spicy chicken wings. Everything was made fresh and taste good which is surprising when ordering take out now days. The prices are very reasonable sorry I didn’t take a picture of the food we was hungry 😋 I can honestly say we will be repeat customers when I don’t feel like cooking.😘
Skeptical at first but now in Awe! I was greeted as I entered this warm and inviting little eatery. Nice atmosphere w/ quiet gospel music playing in the background. The Lady at the counter took my order and ask me if it was my first visit, which it was. I received a welcome chant by this Lady along with the crew of Chefs. It made me smile. The food was simply Amazing!!!! Plentiful portion sizes and priced just right. I’ll definitely be back. 😉
People, if you have not been to Real McCoy's Grill, you are missing out on a taste bonanza. I was there today getting their ribs, and I am so glad that I did. When I tell you that the ribs made my taste buds very very happy I am still not doing those ribs the justice they deserve. Man oh man I am still smiling 2 hours later. My family have all gone back for seconds and has enjoyed every morsel. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to some mighty fine eating and you'll be telling your friends all about it.
EVERYTHING about this place is excellent! The customer service, the food, the portions, the atmosphere.. everything! A very welcomed addition to North County!!! You can't go wrong with whatever you order. The customer service alone made me want to come back. Top that with grest tasting FRESH food and they have earned a repeat customer! Do yourself a favor and check them out!
Ohhhh boy the food is good. At my order, I was kindly greeted by the crew at McCoy's. The food was something special. There is a lot of love in the food and great taste. Too bad I live on the other side of town because I feel like I need more! Thanks for the great lunch!
This was my first visit and I can say I was very impressed. Love the decor, cleanliness and overall service. Ordered the turkey ribs very tender sauce could be a lil bit more spicy but still good. I will be returning. Thanks Reggie and the chef's.

Their food is delicious and portion sizes are HUGE. Order it for lunch and save the rest for dinner! The staff is inviting and friendly and it is a black owned family business, cant get any better than that! Fish Fry Fridays are the best!!!
My husband's double bacon cheeseburger was almost the size of his head! The loaded cheese fries was enough for 2 people & the onion rings are so delicious! I can't wait to try their BBQ menu, they were so kind, prices were just right & we will definitely be back!
First time here, and it was a treat. The food was awesome and a lot of food for the price. I will certainly return to try additional items on the menu. Oh yes, do Not bypass the sweet potato pie, it is outstanding. See you guys again real soon.

You want more? Ok, fine. Lets start with the food. Flat-out incredible. The Shrimp and Grits were so creamy and rich. The chicken sandwiches were fantastic (try them on the texas toast!), and their Sweet and Spicy wing sauce is so flavorful! And the pricing isn't bad for this kind of restaurant (about $8-10 on average. Our 3 meals today cost about $26)
What could possibly impress me more than that food? The people. These were some of the most genuinely kind people I've met in a restaurant. After talking with them for a little while, it was clear that they deeply cared about each of their customers, and their community.
The only thing I'm upset about is that I can't give you a 6th star!

Excellent food, excellent experience! From the time that I walked in, to the time that I left, I was greeted, engaged with, and served with what I can say was one of the best burgers w/fries that I've had in recent memory. This restaurant has certainly won a repeat customer. Absolutely exceptional quality!
They are pretty good. Due to the pandemic food items are on shortage. They were out of chicken other than bbq wings. I definitely will go back for a chance to taste the sweet and spicy, lemon pepper wings and the grilled chicken sandwich -not all at once either Lol. My hubby loved his Bacon Cheeseburger, told me that our son and I should have ordered the burger. Well, I had a taste for chicken wings either lemon pepper or the spicy or a grilled chicken sandwich. You know how you have a taste for something, then you are told they are out so then you make yourself get something else that you really don't want but you are so HUNGRY!?!? Staff is friendly, great music playing, eat in area(once the pandemic is over), nice atmosphere. We give them a thumbs up👍🏾
Food was delicious! I ordered a tripe sandwich and a double cheeseburger for my husband. I haven't had tripe in soooo long and it was great. I do prefer sliced pickles versus spears though.. but overall, I'll return..
AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! From the moment my fiancé and I walked in we were greeted with warm smiles and gospel music. The woman at the register knew people by name and once she got to us she met us with a warm tone. She figured it was our first time and gave us menus and did not rush us to make an order. Once the order was placed, she asked for my fiancé’s name and they gave us a welcoming chant. The decor is beautiful and the gospel music makes me feel at home. My pasta was delicious and portion size was large. I will definitely be coming back!
There is no place like Real McCoy's Grill I have been there for special occasions (birthday party) to just a chill dine in. The atmosphere is like home very comfortable and welcoming. I would definitely consider reserving a intimate party. We played games, did some karaoke danced a little and of course we ate. The tripe was so good I order another after I ate the 1st one. Thanks Real McCoy's for the experience
Hands down the best BBQ in St Louis!! I made the mistake of sampling my tip/wing meal in the car. Immediately I sent my son in for 2 more tip/ wing. I can't wait until Wednesday gets here I'll be there for another 5 tip & wing meals.
