Food is really good and authentic. The spice levels on the menu feel accurate mostly but the spice level 2 sometimes feels mild and I’m not sure if that’s my spice tolerance or spice 2 is just mild? Portion sizes are really good which explains the pricing. The service leaves something to be desired speed wise when it came to getting the check we waited a while to be able to flag someone down to get the check but also for them to run our cards.

I need to speak up for this amazing Sichuan style Chinese restaurant. We ordered the razor clam appetizer, spicy cabbage, baby octopus, and spicy frog! They’re so delicious I haven’t had such juicy and tasty baby octopus anywhere in US so far!! They all came in generous size with reasonable prices! I saw people complained about having to fill a survey and their chopsticks. They use chopsticks replacement head for to save our Mother Earth and they asked politely to fill out the survey because they’re trying to be better and serve you better!! Their waiters were so cute friendly and patient, he was very familiar with the dishes to explain to us what were the differences between them. We had a nice experience at the restaurant, like their food, like their service, even the restroom was elegant and enormous!

Spicy foodie’s delight ! I’m not one and I’m not going to lie that I was low key suffering after eating every sizzling hot dish. The dishes I ordered were apparently mild but it felt like medium Spicy for me. Overall, it’s on the higher end for pricing in flushing, but this is consider affordable for high quality sichuan food compared to Manhattan. Ordered the mapo tofu, fried pork, and my personal favorite cabbage soup with fish. The cabbage soup had so many flavors that my mouth kept on wanting more !

Nice decoration, excellent service and authentic taste. Their price is a little bit higher than the other Szechuan restaurant, but you can become a member and use member card balance paying to have a discounted price which I think is still worth it. One thing that I don't like is their chair. Wired design, big and wide. It has a horizon feet at the bottom. When you move it forward to sit in the table it will absolutely hit your heel and you will need to move a couple times to the right distance to the table. They also put 3 chairs in row which is as wide as the table. People who sits at side will need to turn their leg 45 degree to avoid the table feet.

Came here on Sunday in the afternoon with wife. The place is very clean with a very pleasant traditional Chinese ambient. It wasnt busy when we came in but it was way past lunch hour. We came here with pretty high expectations due to the article from times. The experience here definitely met our expectation. My wife and I are both Szechuan cuisine enthusiast and we enjoyed what we ordered pretty much. We had the traditional beef stew and it was delicious. The meat was very tender and it was very flavorful. The chili pepper used was fresh and cooked just right. The spiciness was not overwhelming and the right amount of numbness. Service was superb. Waiters were very attentive and refilled our tea and iced water as soon as it emptied. Overall it was a very good experience and would come back again. Highly recommended!! PS. We were also very impressed to see detachable disposable chopsticks where the top part is very tradition and easy to grip and bottom part where it touches food is disposable. This is a very good idea and very sanitary. It makes the experience even better.

My first Szechuan restaurant experience. Dishes are hot, spicy, mouth numbing peppercorny. We asked for less spicy for all dishes but it was still a challenge to not be overwhelmed with the szechuan taste. Dishes were kinda salty. Definitely one of the better restaurants to try this kind of food but I wouldn't be craving this anytime soon.

I was looking for a good restaurant that serves Peking duck, then I stumbled upon this gem in flushing. Guan Fu is your authentic Chinese restaurant that serves a variety of dishes from Mainland China. I ordered the Peking duck special, and let me tell you, this is one of the best I ever had. The duck was presented in a rose pattern. Alternating layers of meat and crispy skin. The whole order is served with scallions, cucumber and a delicate pancake. There’s also sauce, pineapple and salt on the side to make each bite different from the last. I will definitely comeback to this place to try their other dishes. But for now, their duck is king and I highly recommend it.

Guan Fu is a neat Sichuan place with a nice dining space and dinner chairs like thrones. The chopsticks were handles with disposable tips, which were annoying to use as they were a little loose and the tips kept falling out. We ended up just asking for normal break-apart chopsticks which were much better. The food was really good and seemed a bit on the pricey side, but after ordering a few things to share (between four) it wasn't as expensive as expected. We didn't order anything too exotic for western tastes, but they serve turtle and a few other interesting dishes. IG: @easty_eats

This place was absolutely amazing. I would totally come all the way to queens just for this soup alone. I mean iconic! I would say it’s the 3 or 4th best soup I’ve ever eaten in my life. This place is a bit pricey but the meals are all shareable and it definitely worth it. You can tell a Lot of love and care went into preparing this food. High quality Chinese food here people !

Their dish are salty for me , but my friend who was live in that area (china) said it is normal, kind of culture thing in that area ,so I decide to give 4 star.

The decor and vibe is definitely the place you want to bring your date. They even have multiple small rooms for group. The price is not cheap, service is good but a bit slow.

The best Sichuan meal I've ever experienced! Only found the place because our daughter literally sniffed out the restaurant from the main road. Great service, surprising value, large servings, incredible quality. Please go and enjoy!

The 酸菜鱼 is so good .omg. This is the 神仙鱼~ if it is not too spicy and have more sour cabbage , it will be perfect. The owner should open their new business in Boston. I will go everyday. Definitely recommend it.

Authentic, delicious food inspired by Sichuan province. Cosy atmosphere! Delicate tastes of orient and spices. I had a mild chicken with herbs and Sichuan peppers. It tasted extraordinary, full of different notes strong and mild, hot and leveled in one dish.

Clean, beautiful, great service, very good food, expensive. While they have many quite exotic choices including jellyfish, frog and turtle, if you like beef/lamb, there's only one dish available. And they don't take Visa, which is the main reason I'm not likely to come back there.

We have been trying to find a place after Sichuan Absolute closed .( we are very , very picky ) . Finally decided to try this place . Very nice place ! We ordered over 12 dishes and everyone of them were very good . The service was probably the best you could get in flushing, too . They work like a team especially the waitresses !!!! Great job ! This will be our place from now on ! Keep it up guys !!! Don’t change !

I'm not used to seeing Chinese food in an "elevated" setting, and I'm usually skeptical when it is. But this was absolutely delicious and I wanna go back as soon as possible. Please get any of the fish stews.
