I can eat sushi all day every day! Their food is so fresh. If you’re not a seafood lover, try their lamb chops. Everything we ordered was fantastic and beautiful.

Typical Thai and sushi dishes, everything you would expect from a sushi restaurant. Nothing out of the ordinary on the sushi menu but everything tasted good. They have a very limited bar, only serving a few selections of beer and sake. The Thai iced tea was very good.
Ordered take out, food was delicious and at a somewhat reasonable price. Only complaint was that the food was packaged poorly and the soy sauce containers leaked out a bit. The container that my sushi for two came in also was too big and the food slid around everywhere.
Food is fresh, and made to order. Restaurant was not crowded and is very clean. We had to wait about 10 mins prior to seating. We logged out info for contact tracing. Everyone is wearing masks. Only area of concern is the menu. Most restaurants have paper menus, while they have a regular plastic menu. Hopefully this is disinfected in-between guests. There was a slightly long wait for food, but the waiter made us aware of it. Food did not disappoint. As always food here is tasty, fresh and appealing to the eyes. Would dine in again.
Best sushi in Whitestone!! High quality sashimi pieces, and great fusion dishes as well if that’s your thing. The staff is always friendly, and the boss is very funny! The ambiance is nice, and it’s quiet and relaxing
This place is amazing! Amazing staff, food, and atmosphere. We ordered multiple appetizers and dishes, and I personally ordered the sushi and sashimi combo A! It was incredible! The fish was extremely fresh and everything was delicious! I recommend this place if you’re in the mood for a great Japanese dinner
A member of the family that owns this restaurant is always welcoming everyone at the host stand, great enthusiasm. We usually do takeout but the quality of the food is always great. One of the best sushi spots in northern Queens!
The sushi was so fresh and when I got the bill I was so surprised as I thought they didnt charge me for some food. Nope they just priced very reasonably. I'm just mad I havent known about them for the have been there for decades. This is my new go to sushi spot.

This place has a delicious shrimp tempura entree , their rolls are superb, and the sashimi cuts are very generous. The staff are pleasant and kind, and the atmosphere makes you feel like you’re in a private place - just you and your date.
Delicious fresh food with Japanese charm. Owner is friendly, inviting and running the show at this warm place. Try the Chilean sea bass, tuna bomb, walnut shrimp and takari roll or yes the soup! Totally recommend. There is a slight wait for food, but totally worth it
Very nice and quiet. There were three in my party and another couple was there when we came in. The pad Thai was delicious as was my son's bento box with katsu chicken. My daughter's panther and California rolls were beautifully arranged and she said delicious as well. The service was quick and efficient. I will be back.
Sushi is one of my favorite foods and I'm very particular about it. Takara sushi has very fresh sushi and I really enjoy their food. Their service is great whether eating in, picking up or getting it delivered.
Known Jeff the owner since I was a kid living nearby. He's such a great host and very good food that has expanded beyond just sushi, good for me because I like eating cooked food more as I'm older. Now that I'm in long island, we still come back to see Jeff and enjoy his food and hospitality.
