This food and staff were the greatest! I had a Chorizo burrito flashback to my Mom's kitchen with one bite. I think this place is underrated and what ever food critic said it was poor quality food probably has no knowledge of Mexican Gastronomy at all.

I love this place! 2 carnita tacos are very filling and delicious! Very generous meat portion. I love the story told of the owner painted on the wall mural also. Very friendly staff. K Hall's mom

I previously lived in San Francisco for 10 years and frequented the Mission District, where the burrito was born (or so they say). Sutter St Taqueria is at that level or better. I'm serious. Every ingredient could be eaten by itself and you'd go "wow". Put them all together in a burrito and you have heaven. If you love burritos like I do, you must check them out.

Hands down the best Mexican food I’ve had in the Sacramento, Folsom area!!! I’ve been here a handful of times and every time the foods been on point! It’s taste amazing and fresh. I will definitely be back, and bring my friends and family with me.

Delicious! Had the carnitas super burrito. It was made to perfection. Flavorful fresh ingredients. Captures the flavored of the food found in the San Francisco mission district. The kids loved their quesadillas! Great, friendly staff! Next time we are in the area we will stop by for another meal.

I think the reviews have captured it well- friendly service, yummy burrito and great tacos. I think what stood out to me the most was Rosario and her friendliness and helpfulness. Super burrito Green Chile Verde with sour cream and guacamole was excellent and huge. The tacos were so big I had to take the burrito home and eat it for dinner. I think it would have been even better if I had eaten it right after it was made. Happy Hour is a good deal: from 2-5, I think

Excellent food! A hidden place on Sutter Street that offers excellent customer service with authentic Mexican cuisine. I loved the super tacos with the highly recommended Al Pastor Pork.

Okay, this Straight Outta.. I'll just say LA girl.. will say this is the best Pork Chile Verde (super) Burrito that I've had since living in Sacramento/Northern California over the past 23 years! My, I'm just going to take a little bite turned into half the burrito being gone. Note: I am a very, very - did I say very? picky eater. Lord Today!

Rosario Rodriguez and Sutter Street Taqueria did it again!!! We had them cater my daughters graduation party and we couldn't be happier. She arrived on time to set everything up and brought everything that was needed. I didn't have to do a thing! The food was fantastic, we got alot of great feedback from our guests, and the price was pretty awesome too! Great job Sutter Street Taqueria - we will definitely be back!

The Salsa alone is worth the 5 star review. The customer service was beyond gracious. Our meal was delivered from the cook himself and he explained our custom order with a smile and made it sure it was just the way we wanted. Great spot on Sutter Street. Easy to see why the Folsom Chamber chose them as the emerging business of the year!

Deliciousness all around. I had their salsa verde pork in a cheese quesadilla and it was phenomenal. This was my second time there and it didn't disappoint. I want to try their breakfast menu soon.

Wonderful little taco joint. They have a TON of options, but rest assured, whatever you choose you will get a lot of it. They were not stingy with the portions. The tacos I had were absolutely delicious. Overall the restaurant is clean and has a good bit of seating for being a smaller place. They do military and veteran discounts and also have a pay it forward program where you can buy a meal for someone less fortunate who may come in. If you're in the area you should definitely consider stopping by for some delicious food.

I wasn't sure about a $4 taco, but it is well worth it. The Pelican Bay community could take a few pointers on a prison town and what it offers as far activities for vistors and a nice downtown area. Nice historic district. Several other eateries and sites in the area that are worth a visit.
