This is the definition of a dive bar.

Absolutely terrifying from the exterior to stary. Then walking up to the front door, amongst the dirt and blown around leaves, one has no idea to expect.

Upon entering, you'd think you were walking into a friend's dirty basement from the 70's for a Friday night party - decked out with wood paneling walls, pool tables, and old mirrored Budweiser signs - with a cigarette machine to compliment.

As vibed out as one may feel, the clientele and bartenders are friendly and helpful. The parking lot is full from sun up to sun down and that's for a reason. I assume for the alcohol, because the food is average at best. Mostly fried. But the weekend pit beef is spot on so I hear.

The must of cigarette smoke is present, despite no smoking inside. The bathroom, well, is usable.

All in all - this is a watering hole and hidden gem.

I'll be back. It was glorious and I'm sure there are stories here that date way back.
