Great food and excellent service! Can’t wait for Cindy to open back up!
Wonderful local family-owned sushi place! Reasonably priced menu and the service was great! The family is so friendly and genuinely cares about providing good service and good food! Great local option for sushi!
Wow! Excellent sushi! We had the Las Vegas roll, California roll and Philly roll. So tasty! My daughter also had the edamame. Not too bad. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the cocktail prices were different than the prices listed on the menu. I was expecting $4.99 and it was $6.99 on the bill. Not a huge difference and, yes, I thought $4.99 was pretty cheap, but the menu should be updated. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to make a scene. We will definitely go back.
Lovely family owned restaurant! Beautiful and delicious food, friendly and attentive service. This is our favorite spot in town to go out to eat, I've tried a variety of things off the menu and haven't found anything I don't like. The staff is very helpful if you have food sensitivities as well.
If you pop in for take out, you can get that pretty quickly too.
Best sushi I've had and quick service, the staff really cares about you and your experience there. The vibe there is friendly and home-like. I love the booths and the decorations.
A wonderful and quite local gem. Fast service and a simplistic menu that doesn't pretend to be something it isn't. I enjoyed a pleasant platter of sushi along with a few cocktails.
I do warn that the cocktails are poured a bit light on the alcohol but as somewhere best suited for lunch I don't find that to be a huge issue.
If you prefer something like bubble tea they do provide it and I found mine very enjoyable as anticipated.
Beyond the menu you'll find a very earthly atmosphere with lots of hanging plants and potted plants. I personally enjoy this calm approach in restaurants as it feels like an indoor garden.
Overall I will be returning for more bubble tea and sushi!
Stopped in for dinner on a Friday night. Pleasantly surprised. It lacked some of the typical Japanese ambience eg dimly lit, bamboo covered booths, tassels and red everywhere with servers in kimono's, but it was well lit and nice to see what we were eating. The soup and sushi was great and very nicely presented. The background music was 70's and 80's pop hits, no commercials and I personally thoroughly enjoyed it. Wait staff were pleasant and prompt with drinks refills. Essentially, this is a restaurant that sells Japanese food, but doesn't pretend to be "Japan in downtown Fort Atkinson" and I thought it worked well. The fact that they were almost full also tells me it works for others. As we drove home, my wife was in full agreement. We'll be back!
I've been coming here since before they opened this location. I absolutely love the food, service and that its near where I live. I enjoy the blossom tea. I actually had lots of good sushi rolls with this meal but I didn't take any pictures of them. Just video and I don't think you can share videos. Either way it's good place, fair price and decent selection.
