Good stuff! The food reminds me of how I like to cook at home, clean and fresh indeed! I stopped by before I headed back to Orlando and got a cozy spot outside. Coming here was definitely the highlight of my day. I suggest the alkaline water bc that was something new to me but a very nice crisp taste. I grabbed a to-go order of the mushroom burger and well oh my that did not disappoint. I’m already missing it. I wish there was a location in Orlando area because Keke’s is far from being this exceptional and GF. I’ll have to return to give that lentil burger a try.
Ok i review my experience 😊 after writing:What a disappointment! I used to have breakfast 3 times a week in 2015 and my favourite was their signature eggs benedict. This morning I went there and they had to change my egg benedict order 3 times since it was not cooked properly! I insisted to have properly made egg benedict just because service was very nice and they really feel bad about my order.
A place like this can not survive too long if their kitchen crew loose their passion and care to their job. Whatever come out of that kitchen to our table was made without care, love and respect!
I hope they can fix it soon!!
I decided to go there again. Service was very good, waitresses took care of me very well. This time I had lovely egg benedict:) ofcourse they remembered my previous egg benedict experience and they highlighted to the chefs. I am very happy to see this positive progress.
I went for breakfast and lunch on the same day. I would say that the place is amazing. Really, loved the ambience, loved the staff and the food was so fresh and healthy.
Will definitely be coming here whenever I come back to FLL. Even the drinks were so fresh and tasty. I would definitely recommend this place to people looking for Great healthy options.

All the food is gluten free and delicious!!! The staff is all ages and they look healthy and beautiful. They were all incredible, attentive and kind. I’m visiting Florida and drove across town to come back here. I’m coming back tomorrow too. I wish I could give 10 stars. This place gets much. Love from a GF girl.

I'd like to start off by saying this is my first time in this area of Florida, and as a celiac, this place was such an amazing surprise. All gluten-free and even with vegan options, which I did not get, but they looked quite good, too! The atmosphere fosters a sense of community - a complete stranger who was dining in greeted and welcomed me, and we had a short chit-chat about being thankful for the delicious gluten-free food here.
I got the eggs Benedict and the Belgian waffles they served were warm and fluffy, and the eggs were perfectly poached and jammy. For the side, I chose to have the sweet potato, which was soft and a bit sweet, which melted in my mouth. Even the orange juice I ordered tasted super fresh, with a bit of pulp and was not too sugary. Please do come here, I honestly would move to Florida just to be able to access this place every day.
The service was also wonderful. The man serving me even spoke Spanish, so he was able to speak to my grandmother, which we all appreciated :)
Please stay open forever. I will definitely visit again!
Breakfast was delicious We both had the Belgian waffle and turkey bacon. I had the fuchsia juice blend and my companion had freshly squeezed orange juice and we split a French press of coffee. Was wonderful to be able to get up and go have a gluten-free breakfast that was actually wonderful. Thanks for the great service and the fantastic food.

What a wonderful place! We needed someplace to stop in after our cruise and before our flight. A quick 5 minute ride from the port. This is one of the cleanest restaurants I’ve ever eaten at! Great atmosphere, very friendly staff. So many menu options, even vegan and gluten free. Just about everything is local, natural and/or homemade. The pancakes were phenomenal. Highly recommend!

Fast friendly service!!! Great fresh food will shock your taste buds. Hear the sound of the juicer‘s humming along as soon as you walk in. That’s when you know you are in a real juice and smoothie bar. I definitely be coming back as soon as I can for more fresh juice.
The food was amazing. You really can taste the difference in the quality. Their gluten free waffles are to die for. Their home made jelly and butter was also delicious. The coffee had a great bold flavor and the service was stellar. Loved this place, would highly recommend.
My breakfast was amazing! I was adventurous and tried the mocha madness smoothie, and it was like Boom...fire! I am from Los Angeles and with certainly ne back. My man David took good care of me! I will be back for sure!
We found Fresh First when googling vegan options as we have dietary restrictions. The food was so fresh and delicious! The children loved their pancakes and ate every single bite, hubby devoured his biscuit breakfast sandwich, and I loved my western omelette, potatoes, and waffle. The fresh pressed juice tantalized our tastebuds as well. The service was also wonderful, the food was hot. 10/10 for Fresh First!!!
Hidden Gem Alert! We were in town for a seminar and during our lunch break decide to walk here from the convention center. Definitely glad we made it here. Chicken burger was juicy and the chutney served on it was to die for. Cauliflower was the soup de jour and something g new and light I’d never tried. The chicken Caesar was so good my colleague had to save the rest for the next day!! The chicken salad on waffles didn’t even stand a chance against my team member. I think it took him all of 4 minutes to clear his plate. Needless to say, we’d come here again and again.
Picked up our family from the airport during a layover they had in Ft. Lauderdale before they had to get back on another plane. The restaurant nearby because it had excellent reviews and something for everyone. The food was delicious and the server was great too. I would have tipped the server 20% but the tip was already placed on the bill and it was 25%. Not sure why we paid it anyway but left wondering, “Was she so great that she went above and beyond to deserve such an exceptional tip????”
A: No, but in the moment the awkwardness of changing the tip back to 20% felt worse than paying it. (So, that’s on me) Later regretting that I didn’t say anything, then… the only thing left I have to say is beware of the tip PLACED on your check.
I enjoyed the vegan waffle, the key west tofu and side order of potatoes for breakfast (and let me tell you, the meal made my day). Hands down some of the freshest, tastiest food ever. The flavors were so fresh and clean, the staff were so warm and the atmosphere was so colorful! Definitely wanting to come back next time I visit Fort Lauderdale!
