Invited to fly along with friends for breakfast at the cafe. Assured it would be worth getting up early for the flight. It was! Breakfast is hard to mess up but many restaurants succeed. Staff was very friendly, coffee cups never empty and food was cooked to perfection. Also being at an airport I thought prices would be high because of the airport location. Another surprise. Hopefully I get invited for another breakfast flight.

Seriously John! Once again, everything was amazing! Great selections, presentation, taste, the quantity was much more than needed which means leftovers and you know I love leftovers!! Silver lining is an incredible company!! All my guests wanted to know who the caterer was and I just bragged on you! They were surprised I didn’t cook myself because I love to cook. I told them if I don’t cook then it’s only Silver Lining! You have created a magnificent concept! So nice to know that no matter what the need, concept, quantity, theme etc. you hit the nail on the head every time! Relax, you have it handled. You can always rely on superb results every time. Every detail is pure perfection! This affair was a small one so we didn’t require servers but not surprising is that even your delivery person was impeccable! Dressed well, polite, helpful... I could go on and on but unless you experience them yourself, you won’t realize there’s a difference between an ordinary caterer and an exceptional one. I think of you more as of an “Event Planner” than just a caterer. You take a client’s concept and really run with it! There are always special details you never would have thought of.
I loved it there. The Eggs Benedict were the best, and the Hollandaise was delicious. The fried bread pudding was a yummy treat with the breakfast. The service was excellent and friendly. I can't wait to go back.

This place is nestled within an executive airport! You can see private jets landing and taking off from your seat in the dining area.
The decor is utilitarian yet themed to jets and aircraft’s.
We particularly enjoyed the flexibility provided by the staff, allowing certain changes to our meals! Much appreciated!
The only bad thing was an orange juice we ordered. However, the wait staff kindly took it back and replaced it with another offering, free of charge!! !

So this was a little hard to find, when you park in the parking lot, go all the way to the right and follow the awning and sidewalk until you hit the dead end.
Once we got inside, you have a great view of the runway and taxiway for the airport and it's a really cool experience to see all the takeoffs and landings while you eat.
The food was also excellent! Nothing disappointed, just a little pricey.
Everything is always good at JRC. From the food to the ambiance, you can't go wrong. The only knock I have is that it's always busy which is a testament to the food and service. If you haven't had the Brioche French toast, treat yourself and thank me later. Will definitely be back.
Excellent food and service. I had the omelette with bacon and cheddar cheese. Grits were excellent! Everything was well seasoned and didn't need anything more. Great place to take in the view and enjoy some quality food.
This place is absolutely amazing. The food, the service, the atmosphere and view were awesome. It's a hidden gem amongst a bunch of airplane hangars. Watching airplanes and helicopters land and take off through crystal clear windows was ab awesome experience. The crab cake hash I had was full of crab, not like other places where they load the cake with binders. The egg was cooked to perfection. Definitely will re-visit and recommend.
My family and I loved everything about this place from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The food and service was on point. We will definitely return but this time for a window view. I had the chicken and waffles which was good but the steak and eggs (did not take a picture) was amazing! The steak was soft and juicy.
11am reservations were made 2 weeks ago. No one called and explained that I would need 6 to 8 people to be seated. My friends and I were coming there from all directions. The waiting area was packed with people. I asked if we could be seated and the hostest said No , this is why we don't do reservations. Thats not my problem. Then my (white) colleagues arrived...the other host sprung into action to seat us.
Jet, yall gotta do better. The word is out about your establishment. It's all over social media to have breakfast or brunch there.

Was looking for a brunch place to celebrate my birthday, and found this perfect hidden gem! Although it’s a small restaurant, you can host a large party, but that will most likely bump up the wait to over an hour. I arrived a little after 11am, but people were ordering to-go and adding their names on the wait list, after being told the wait is about an hour or so. I’m an early bird, so my next visit will be more towards (9:00-10:00am) but the view was great and the food was excellent! Well worth the wait and definitely a plane lover’s delight!
A hidden gem. Great atmosphere!! If you love planes, you will absolutely love this place. Being right off the runway watching planes come and go. While enjoying a great meal. Highly recommend the breakfast.
A hidden gem at Fort Lauderdale exclusive airport. They open till 3 pm, serving breakfast and lunch. Request a window seat and enjoy the runway views of private jets landing and taking off.
We were looking for something new in the area. So glad we decided to visit for brunch today. Great views of planes landing and taking off. The food itself was delicious and the cost was great for our party of 5. The plate in the photo was the “full tank” and we added strawberries to the French toast. I’ll definitely return.

Our server was amazing and the grilled cheese with tomato bisque was really good! The view was also pretty cool as you sit right next to the taxiways.

We had a larger group with a reservation and were able to be seen within a few minutes of our reservation time. The host and waiters were great, food was delicious and served fairly quick probably within 15-20 minutes after placing our order. If you enjoy seeing air planes and helicopters while you dine this is the place to go!

Had the spicy crispy chicken sandwich. Loved it. The sweet potato fries made it even better. I must mention that I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the food arrived especially during what seemed to be a busy lunch time period.
The first time I visited Jet Runway Cafe, it was for the location and enjoying the view of the active runways out the picture windows. Now, I come for the same views, but also for the food. It's really great, Today, we chose breakfast and lunch dishes. The burgers are the best, and today I tried a salmon burger and was impressed. This is the kind of place where everything on the menu is probably good. Ashley was our waitress today and she was top notch. We often see families with children here, as the kids enjoy watching planes tacu, land, and take off. It's an enjoyable place to take family and friends for a really good aviation themed meal. When we are lucky, we get seated next to one of the big windows, but every table has a decent enough view of all the action. The prices are just a bit above average, but the location on FXE's runways make it worth every cent.

This was a surprise wrapped in a surprise. I looked this place up because I had to take my mom to North Ft. Lauderdale. First, it is tucked away and you would have to intentionally go looking for it. Just when you think it can't be this place....you are there. The place was small and cute. You watch planes and helicopters take off as you enjoy the most delicious brunch. There are people that are dressed up, business style, and dressed down. What I loved most is that every employee helps to keep the flow of food and people. Teamwork really makes the dream work there. You will enjoy everything! I did not see one customer make a complaint. They were too busy eating and truly indulging.
