We came upon this restaurant after our first choice for the evening was closed. We were pleasantly surprised by the clean, open and airy feel of the interior of the restaurant. There is a row of booths and the tables are well spaced apart so you don't feel cramped at all. Our server this evening was Andrea and she was amazing. She welcomed us to the restaurant and took her time explaining the menu options. For my entree I chose the Arroz con Mariscos, A seafood combination of Squid, Shrimp, Scallops, Octopus and Mussels, mixed with a beer infused rice, peppers and spices. Very Tasty! My companion opted for the Aji de Gallina - Shredded Chicken in a Peruvian Yellow Pepper Sauce served with potatoes, egg, botija olive and a side of white rice. Also very Delicious. We started with a Grilled Octopus Appetizer that was one of the best I have had. We especially enjoyed the imported Peruvian Beers (Cristal) as well as the Chicha Morada, Maracuya, Chicha Morada is a Peruvian beverage made from purple corn, a variant of Zea mays native to the Mesoamerica, and spices. Non-alcoholic, it is a type of chicha usually made by boiling the corn with pineapple, cinnamon, clove, and sugar. For desert we opted for a Quinoa Creme Brulee! A perfect ending to a great meal. Andrea was amazing from start to finish, attentive but not hovering. Luis, the chef/owner came to the table at the end of our meal to make sure everything was to our liking! It was and we will be back to sample some other menu items.

I almost went to another restaurant because it was late on a Sunday evening, but I am glad I didn't! It was the absolute best ceviche that I have ever had! The chef recommended the Ceviche Morron and my friend had the traditional ceviche ❤ The taste, the presentation, the staff, and the passion fruit mojitos were all perfect! I really enjoyed how the chef showed us how he prepared our ceviche! Also, I can't forget the passion fruit cheesecake, it was the best cheesecake that I ever had! I wish I could give this restaurant 10 stars because it was beyond my expectations. Now, I am on a mission to find delicious ceviche in Detroit, wish me luck!

i been going to many different Peruvian restaurants lately and last night surprisingly I went to this one because I read about it on Yelp. This was the best Peruvian restaurant I've been to between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. The chicken chaufa was amazing not like any other I've had The jalea was light and crispy and very tasty with a sauce i cannot explain but superb. My friend had the trio of ceviche which he said was unbelievable. the dessert was a quartro leche made with this fruit i never had before. the staff was very friendly, the service superb and one of the owners was veey thoughtful, the other owner is the chef. Definitly a winner!

Great service and food. The only thing that bothered me was the light kept getting bright and then dim the entire time we ate. First I thought someone was adjusting it but it happened for hours. I would recommend this place!

We loved everything we had. Food and service are equally awesome. Peruvians are extremely picky with their food and I'm not the exception but I can honestly say the food(jalea) was so fresh and crispy and you get plenty of seafood very generous portions and most importantly the taste is amazing. We are definitely going to become regulars here

We have to say WOW to the ceviche .. really good food.. anticuchos yummy! And the tallarines verdes with chicken for the kids.. excellent! Even the kids left the dish empty.. but the only thing the I would say they have to give a lil more attention is on the pisco sour .. was no sweet on that... maybe u guys forgot .. I don’t know but we didn’t want to complain because everything else was great!

First of all, we are Peruvians and are very picky when it comes to eating Peruvian food at restaurants. We used to come occasionally to this place when it was Cabo Blanco and only because it was close to our house and we would always order the simple dishes that are hard to mess up (aji de gallina and lomo saltado) Inkanto is a whole NEW restaurant that opened where Cabo Blanco used to be and has a new owner, new servers and new chefs that know Peruvian cuisine. Their food is very good and we are looking forward to coming here often.

Absolutely delicious! I was so impressed with the quality, freshness, flavor, and presentation for the price. The ceviche was divine, full of perfectly seasoned shrimp, scallops, octopus, squid, and several types of fish. Fresh, and full of so many spices and flavors. I can't get over how affordable everything was! We had an appetizer, two specialty entrees, a dessert, and two beers each for less than $100. And my date got the whole red snapper! Outstanding - I can't wait to go back! The menu is extensive, but a perfect set of variations on a theme of extraordinary delights for the tongue and belly!

If you like Peruvian food, this is the restaurant to go. Instead of ordering from the menu, we asked our serve Manual to order for us. We wanted a total Peru tourisy experience. We were not disappointed. From the food taste, variety, plating, color; the dishes were very appetizing, delicious and pleasing to our eyes. They were too beautiful to be eaten. The interior is very clean, modern and urban with white furnitures and colorful wall decoration. Manual is a native from Peru. He took wonderful care of us. I will visit this restaurant again next time I am in town.

Five star food, both traditional and modern creations with incredibly friendly staff. We had ceviche, octopus, filet mignon risotto, and scallops. Very hard to say which was better. I've been to many Peruvian restaurants and trust me when I say that this ceviche is not like the rest, this grilled octopus is not like other octopus you've had. You can tell the chef uses only the best ingredients and pays attention to the fine details which turn a meal from great to amazing. Everything was incredibly tender and tasty. My personal recommendations: Octopus tostones, Grilled octopus, and lomo with huancaína risotto. Very easy place to get to, easy parking. Had a wonderful dinner! Can't wait to try everything else on the menu.

First off; just fantastic service and hospitality. That alone is sufficient to get 5 stars. Extremely pleasant experience. Now food was just as good. It tastes as well as it looks, really! Best food we had during our trip to Fort Lauderdale...thanks!

Wow, first time visit and they have some amazing food. Bring your appetite if you want an appetizer because they can be large! Our waitress was fun, friendly, and helpful. We ordered Jalea, a massive sampler of fried seafood. The fish chunks were incredible and I loved the calamari and onions on top. I ordered the ravioli with yellow pepper cream sauce and chicken, it was heavenly, so much flavor and luckily not huge. My friend ordered this beef and shrimp dish over smashed yuca mixed with cheese, again so much savory good flavor. I'll definitely be back.

This is my first time ever this a 5 star to anything. But this restaurant was truly amazing please note I'm a Jamaican. The service from Michael our server was amazing, the Manager Chris coming to greet us, the chef who preparing the food came and meet up and apologize for a 5min wait. The food was awesome. Listen I so want to give a detail service that I received but I prefer you all go get the experience I received then write your review.

The BEST ceviche I have ever had! Top 5 meals of my life. We had the ceviche trio--the colors, textures, and taste made this meal an experience. The portions are generous. The service was excellent!! We were visiting from Phoenix, AZ; considering a move just to eat here ;-)

I went there for dinner and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. I had the pescado a la macho and the ceviche, my friend had jalea. I'd certainly go again! Portions are VERY big so show up hungry.

One of the best peruvian restaurants I have tried in US. Fresh ingredients and full of flavor. I tried the ceviche mixto and it did not dissapoint! The jalea is pretty big and tasty. For dessert, I had the choco lucuma, a type of lucuma mousse on top a layer of chocolate cake. Great stuff!

This resturant was recommened by a peruvuan coworker who goes to only the best of the best peruvian restaurants in south florida. I was completely satisfied to say the least. Never had I had such delicious peruvian food like my GF and I had at Inkanto. The food was not only incredibly delicious but the presentation made it seem that much more fancier. The drinks were on point, the beer selection was extensive from import &domestic to IPAs from around the world. The atmosphere was clean and quite with light music playing in the background, the server we had was super sweet, prompt and very attentive. When the bill came, i was expecting a hard hit in my pockets but for what we ate and experienced I believe it was more then fair. Definitely recommand this resturant to anyone looking for some inexpensive authentic Peruvian food as well as service with a smile!
