Great Food, Great Price. Ate here on the 4th and 5th of August 2011 as they are only open Thursday's and Friday's. The pre-fix menu featured choices from 4 appetizers, 4 entrees and 4 deserts, all for about $19.00 (less tax and tip). Wine by the glass is extra but also inexpensive. Chefs in training prepare the food they have been learning to prepare that week. One sits in the small restaurant between the two large, glass-walled kitchens. Shrimp cocktail and red snapper were delicious. The "French toast" desert was spectacular (French toast topped by lightly cooked fresh sliced peaches smothered in a glazed maple syrup sauce, a dollop of peach ice cream on the peaches, and a squiggle of caramel sauce). I'll be back on my next visit to Fort Lauderdale.

This Art institute student dining room is such a bargain and you are not likely to be disappointed by not only the quality of the food but the exceptional service.. the Culinary Staff teaching are amongst the best... I spent the week there with them , I know first hand.

Dishes seemed to be a bit smaller in quantity than years past, but the taste is still there even if the desserts tend to err on the sweet side. The student staff are friendly and courteous and always great to chat with.

Chef's Palette offers 3 courses for a very fair price and is produced by the international culinary school students. There are plenty of options on the menu to choose from. I enjoyed roasted pork belly, a very delicious red snapper, and a chocolate torte w/ cappuccino ice cream. All of the dishes were sublime. I would definitely recommend anybody to get a reservation and check this little gem out.

We try to visit the cooking schools restaurant every February when we are in the area. It's fun to see the students learning their trade and the food is always amazing. Eating gluten free here has never been a problem.

Great place and good food for the price. It is hilarious to see people say it was "expensive" $16.00 for gourmet launch is not expensive, maybe you should go backnowledge to Denny's
