I love Pollo tropical! This is my new favorite location. I love the tropichop large size they have here. Picture is of a regular size, normally I get the large size double chicken 😜

This is 5hr first pollo tropical I've experienced so I cannot compare it to the other chains yet.
However, my experience was great. Speed of service to taste of food was great. A nice and flavourful fast food location.
I ordered the steak Tropi chop with 1/2 yellow rice 🍚 1/2 lettuce 🥬 with black beans 🫘 corn 🌽, onions 🧅, tomatoes 🍅, with a side of the cilantro 🌿 garlic 🧄 sauce. Food was great the steak a little chewy but tender (not sure if that makes sense). I didn’t get my receipt 🧾 to add the points to my app but it’s all good.
Love the chicken here, has so much more flavor than the Weston location, I drive the extra distance because of that, except they are alway so slow when it comes to taking your order. Always seem to be a long wait and no one at the cash register thats why I gave 3 stars for service. Once your order is in , you fo get your food very quickly, that's a Plus!

Tried the fried chicken sandwich with chipotle sauce, great sandwich. Also tried the pineapple chiller but it was just too sweet, I wasn’t able to drink it.
Fresh food served quickly. Great taste.
Noisy. Someone was there cleaning up all the time but still the ambience could be a little better.
I have been coming here since it first opened. In fact, living in Texas and coming home to visit Mami, we always made it a point to eat lunch at this Pollo. The dining room is clean and their sauce bar has always been well-supplied and attended.
Although I haven't been inside since the pandemic, I do pick up from their Drive-Thru a couple of times a month. The attendants are super nice and get my order right--no matter how busy and long the lines might be.
In this recent visit, I had a quarter chicken (dark meat only) marinated & grilled to perfection; with a regular side of white rice, black beans and a Hawaiian-style roll. In addition, I ordered cheesy yucca bites and a flan for dessert which comes in a small plastic container and just the right portion--creamy and with the traditional "caramelo" that flans are made with. I usually pull to the side and eat that first as my appetizer right before heading home. Altogether, I'm never disappointed!
Drive thru experience: Isaiah has an amazing personality, and the manager ChrisAnn has great leadership qualities. They both are consistent with being kind courteous and professional and are truly an asset to this establishment. I'm always pleased with the quality of the food and service.
