Michelle was amazing with me over the phone, I had ordered a delivery that sometimes we are all humans and make mistakes and sent me the wrong items yesterday. I called today to see what we could do. Let me tell you Michelle went above and beyond!
She offered me a refund but since I'll be working here in South Florida for a few days I requested a replacement.
Not only she replaced my order she also sent me a little sweet gift. (Scone) Thank you!!! You truly made my day.

Very clean and orderly. Great breakfast sandwich on Asiago bagel. Coffee was not so hot. In fact it was barely warm coming out of the dispenser. I tried several and they were all sitting way below an ideal temp. I was in a bit of a hurry so I did not protest . This needs attention. Every thing else was great.
Brooke was absolutely amazing... she helped in a way she didn't have too. She went above and beyond. It's the giving season. God bless her.
I love this Panera! People are very nice and very helpful! I want to say special thank you to Kim she is always very welcoming, sometimes people yell at her and she still manage to be very professional and helpful!
I come in here a lot and enjoy everyone that works here. They are all so nice and Kimberly always has a smile on her face and she's always making sure everything is clean
Ordered online and food was ready when I arrived to pick up. The staff were helpful in making sure I got the correct order and the food was fantastic as always
Best place to wind down and have a bite or just study or get some work done without interruption.
The service was rather slow on the day we visited, hoping it was an off day. Otherwise it was clean, staff was friendly and food was well prepared. There are self-order kiosks, an outside area and indoor seating is also available - at appropriate physical distances.
Favorite location. Alexis is amazing and remembered your face. Good service and good food.
It's a nice place for a quick family brunch. Wish they had more options in drinks.
