Amazing place! Loved the octopus, brussel sprouts, and the chocolate chip cookie for dessert! Yummy drinks! They had a great singer playing throughout the night. The staff was on it and very friendly. I definitely plan to come back!
Our first time here. And boy did we pick right!!! Classy, yet inviting. Not too formal or stuffy, but with welcoming atmosphere and excellent service. Our waiter was Remus from Romania, and he knew what he was doing and had been trained in proper manners and etiquette. After tasty and perfect meals of a wedge and then filet mignon steak, we thought we were done. But then to our surprise, R brought us a beautiful dessert platter of ice cream and heated cookie and mini M and M's and a sparkler! And it wasn't even our anniversary or birthday. It was just because. And then we met some of the other clientele and they were similarly lovely and quality and engaging people. An all around perfect evening!!!!! Will definition go back any time we're here in Florida.
I recently enjoyed a wonderful brunch here for my sisters birthday. Everything from the venue and decor, to the staff & food was just amazing! I went on a rainy Sunday around 11:30am and the place was pretty empty. We enjoyed bottomless Bellinis ($35 a piece) and I ordered the crab cake Benedict (delish!). My sisters and friends ordered the banana bread French toast, shrimp and grits, blueberry pancakes and avocado toast. No one had any complaints and we’re all looking forward to going back. Our server, Nick, was kind and we also had help from a wonderful server named Man. He stayed with us, even though we were there until closing, and was so pleasant, kind and helpful. Truly such an enjoyable experience! Also, for the birthday celebration, they brought out a key lime pie!
I enjoyed a wonderful Christmas day brunch here with my friends. The atmosphere is pretty yet warm. Loved the Art Deco inspired interior. Our waitstaff was professional and efficient. The food was delicious. We tried their hangover burger and fries, fried chicken and waffles, croc madame, berry waffles and margherita pizza. Overall a very good meal and enjoyable experience!
I loved the place from beginning to the end ! Especially it being our first time . Our server Ramazan but he was amazing . He was very attentive. Will be coming back again ! The customer service was outstanding ! The food was also outstanding! 100/10. Nice and quiet place .
Beautiful restaurant. Had a lovely time celebrating my sons 25th birthday. The restaurant is inside a hotel, has valet and a parking garage. The ambiance was cool and laid back. We had Moscow mules for drinks and a margarita pizza as an appetizer. The restaurant has an outdoor terrace but it’s still too warm to be out. We ordered short ribs, ravioli and chicken Alfredo. Has a decent selection of plates but more pasta than anything else. Great place for couples.
Had the tuna tartare. It was delicious. They ran out of crackers but compensated with grilled bread. I also had the truffle fries. It comes in a large size! So much flavor! The bartender was very nice. Would come again:)
Aura was our server, she was amazing. The ambiance and food was wonderful too. I wake up craving Banana bread french toast (cake) daily ever since I visited.
Came here with my boyfriend for our first Anniversary and we had such a beautiful night/experience! The entire staff from the host, to our server, and to the bussers, we’re truly wonderful. The attention to detail blew us away, and overall the atmosphere was very romantic. We chose the outside seating area which was breathtaking, but inside seating was just as beautiful (even down to the restrooms). To top it all off, the food was just as amazing as the service was. Our experience was a 10 out of 10 (which was actually the name of a delicious cocktail I had), and we will definitely be returning again soon. This restaurant is a must try if you happen to be in the downtown Fort Lauderdale area. Thank you again for such a memorable night, we wouldn’t have wanted it any other way!

All I can say is.. wow! What an amazing restaurant. First, the ambiance and atmosphere were amazing... an interior designer's dream come true. Moreover, I had the NICEST service ever! I have to admit, eating in such a fancy looking place can be intimidating but everyone here was welcoming. In particular, my waiter was Ismael, and he was super SUPER kind and attentive.
First.. the water at The Terrace Grill tastes amazing. you might be reading this and thinking, "water is just water." But after my first sip, I immediately tasted a difference!
As for the food - I ordered a glass of wine called the "Sexy Chocolate" and the Terrace Burger. Dessert was also an option after the meal (not on the first menu). I'm not a fan nor an expert on wine, so I don't have much to say except that I just don't care for wine in general. I won't be using that as part of my score calculation.
Food service was also pretty fast. When the Terrace Burger arrived, I felt full just looking at it! It's a very generously sized burger with a side of fries. Everything was delicious, but if I had to nitpick on something, I wish my burger was just a tad bit juicier.
And p.s. - this place is perfect for aesthetic pictures!! Another party next to me were taking pictures of each other, and the women's restroom is simply stunning.
Overall, Terrace Grill is a great option for those looking for a casual dining experience with delicious food and a great atmosphere.

I can’t even put into words the unbelievable experience I had here. The best brunch place EVER. Service/atmosphere/food was above and beyond anything I have experienced in a very long time. Great photo opportunities and I am definitely coming back again and again and again. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to come here. This will be an experience you will never forget!
I had two fantastic meals here Monday and Tuesday night while staying at the Dalmar. My husband had business dinners to attend so I ate at the bar by myself. The bartenders and entire staff couldn't have made me feel more welcome and comfortable.
And that is much appreciated! Thank you Eric, David, Antoine and the rest for 2 enjoyable evenings! The restaurant is beautiful and has a very nice outdoor patio. It's upscale dining without the stuffiness. But I wouldn't show up here wearing shorts, tshirts or flip flops. My meal chosen for both nights were; the artichoke appetizer served 3 ways followed by the grilled Octopus. The second night I ordered the Dover Sole with braised lentils for the side. All excellent! My seatmates ordered the lobster roll which looked really great too. Interesting and creative menu choices. This place has only been open a week. I wish them all the best and hope they stick around!
By a landslide the best restaurant in Fort Lauderdale. Wife and I moved down from NY and have been looking for a place like this. Unreal atmosphere, amazing service and food. Cant say enough positive things. Pray that you get blessed enough to have ismail as your server, incredible. We’ll be back for sure
This place checks all the boxes. Unparalleled service, great decor and all your favorite dishes packed with interesting flavors. Dover sole and octopus are perfectly cooked. Tuna tartare is expertly prepared. If artichokes are on the menu make sure to get those. A special of wild mushroom risotto was phenomenal
We went for brunch 11a - 4p. We had a great time. The food was great, atmosphere was nice and the service was amazing.
Wonderful place, amazing outdoor tables. Food pretty good and service very attentive. Nice atmosphere. I enjoyed a lot the dinner. A place to suggest to everyone wants to spend a special night.
