Amazing food and great service. Jermaine at the front desk was very polite and he even cleaned our trays before handing us the food. While we ate there, he was attending the customers and cleaning all the empty tables, taking out trash, and making sure the store was in order.
On our way out he even asked if our food was good and if we had a good experience. Jermaine is a fantastic and exemplary employee!
Like most fast food places in the area, almost the entire staff was batiam, placing an order or getting any kind of help can be slightly difficult. Other than that, the food was good and was treated very well. It was very hot inside the restaurant almost like there was no AC blowing.

I am not a fried food person anymore, but I wanted to try the new strawberry biscuit. The staff moved slow as molasses. No sense of urgency! I wasn't happy that they no longer served the Cajun rice. The chicken was good, but the strawberry biscuit was too sweet for me. My daughter loved it.
Jamain is a great receptionist, very helpful and understanding. I am from Germany so having someone giving me advice was great.
Also a costumer called an employee a botch for not wanting to change the chicken breats. 10/10 American experience.

To review fast food Franchise restaurant, one must compare it to the standard of the chain. The Popeyes on Broward Blvd in Ft. Lauderdale hits all the marks. This newly renovated Louisiana chicken joint is nice compared to the old school look it had before. It will s clean and the service is fast and friendly. I ordered 2 chicken breast spicy with fries a biscuit and a soda. Drinks are self serve and is nice to mix if you like. The chicken is always fresh and I have never had old or cold chicken here. French Fries are crispy and the biscuits are soaked in butter. They do have a drive through, but I have never used it. I will be back when I need some good fried chicken.

Service times can be slow but through the years the staffing has gotten much better! They are friendly and pleasant! Food is always fresh and delicious!
This place is very popular located on Broward Boulevard. The lines are always long but staff is good. Food is also always fresh. I never had a bad experience there. The only thing is sometimes it takes them awhile to get to the microphone but that's okay as long as the food is good.
