Great service, food was hot, fresh and tasted great. Dining area clean. Unfortunately 1 bathroom closed, other no paper towels. For a busy location, I feel that should be a decent concern for customers and the people cooking the food.

Busy and a bit disorganized, the establishment was also a bit dirty during its rush, but all staff were busy in the kitchen. They didn't seem to be able to keep up, but not for lack of people.
After we received our food, it was of excellent quality. It's a straightforward experience without a lot of interference from any flavors you don't specifically ask for. Hamburger patties taste like beef perhaps mildly salted. Plenty of topping options available. The fries are great. Fresh and seasoned with a Cajun spice blend. I tried my wife's shake, but didn't find that it really lived up to the hype surrounding it. I'd had as good or better in plenty of quick service establishments, but it was fine. Drink machines were the Coke Freestyle models, which are great, but they were out of product here and there.
As a rule, if you want a burger and fries, you know what you're getting into. Five Guys has a well-earned positive reputation, but as with any restaurant or business, a good model is only as good as its staff. This one? Around average. The product pretty much sells itself, anyway.

I recently visited Five Guys located at The Forum in Fort Myers and I must say, it was a pleasurable experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. But the real highlight of my visit was the food. Each burger was cooked to perfection and loaded with all the toppings I could ask for. The fries were hot and crispy, and the milkshake was the perfect sweet treat to top off the meal. I've been to several Five Guys locations in the past, but I have to say that this one at The Forum is my favorite. The quality of the food and the service is top-notch, and I can't wait to visit again soon.
My daughter wanted a burger
.she picked five guys at first I was like yuk but she said there really decent. They make there own homemade fries, which I didn't care for them at all! The burger was a double party with bacon and cheese surprisingly, the burger was excellent. I don't normally do fast food. But I would stop here again for a quick bite
The cashier was super friendly. The food was hot and great. The reason why they received four stars instead of five is the cleanliness of the place. The floors need to be swept. This location has some age on it and you can tell. The employee door was filthy. The bathroom needs repainting.

First time eating five guys, prices are kinda high but food is A1. The burgers are similar to homemade. Will definitely be there again soon

Definitely better than McDonald's. A little bit more money than it's worth but I guess that's what inflation does. And if you like a whole lotta fries with your burger this is the place to go.
Allergy note if you are allergic to peanuts avoid this place. Not only do they fry their fries in peanut oil they also have help yourself bulk peanuts that's the only downside. Luckily for me I'm not allergic to peanuts, but I know what an allergic reaction feels like as I'm allergic to shellfish for this reason I don't go to places like Joe's Crab Shack
Great burger and fantastic fries, the fries are fresh cut, not frozen, and they have skins on. Love there, fries.

A very nice restaurant on the go. We were driving from Tampa to Miami and had a quick stop here. Very nice burger, but not quite that good fries 🍟.
